The Khazra Abomination is a large seemingly mutated Khazra or goatman that you can find in some of the dungeons in Diablo 4.
This boss has the appearance of a Khazra but its body has been mutated with bubbly growths on its body with an oversized right arm.
Its mutations seem to have given it the ability to create toxic puddles that poison you and it resorts to brute strength when attacking.
Khazra Abomination Location
You may fight the Khazra Abomination in rewards Aspects and or loot which can be found in the following locations:
- Broken Bulwark (Westering Lowlands, Scosglen)
- Champion’s Demise (Untamed Scarps, Dry Steppes)

Khazra Abomination Fight (Attacks)
The Khazra Abomination seems to follow a simple set of attacks that become more intense as its health is reduced, making it have more range and additional attacks.
1) Toxic Slam
The Khazra Abomination slams its mutated arm into the ground, causing a poisonous puddle to remain for a short duration that damages you over time. (Get away from the puddle)
2) Toxic Projectile
The Khazra Abomination lobs a projectile that explodes and creates a puddle that remains in the area for a short duration that damages you over time. (Get away from the puddle)
3) Charge Attack
Often used when there is a distance between you and the Khazra Abomination, this attack allows the boss to charge at you quickly to take a swing. (Evade or run out of the way)
Khazra Abomination Strategy
The Khazra Abomination will keep attacking you but it has very bad accuracy and you can easily avoid its attacks by running around.
It is best to move out of the way when there is a poisonous toxic puddle on the ground to avoid taking damage over time.
It is best to make good use of your Healing Potions and pick up those that drop when you deplete part of the Khazra Abomination’s health.
Run around the boss and continue dealing damage while taking advantage of it whenever it becomes knocked out and it should be dead in no time.
Khazra Abomination Drops
Most of the time, the Khazra Abomination will drop 1-3 different items that may range from rare to higher rarities along with an Aspect depending on what dungeon you run.
Depending on what dungeon you complete, you may unlock the following Aspects for the first time:
- Ghostwalker Aspect (Broken Bulwark)
- Aspect of the Umbral (Champion’s Demise)
- Aspect of Efficiency (Domhainne Tunnels)
- Blood-bathed Aspect (Hoarfrost Demise)
- Aspect of the Bounding Conduit (Komdor Temple)
- Edgemaster’s Aspect (Oldstones)
