When it comes to mobility, speed can save your life countless times, especially when it comes to escaping enemies or evading attacks.
The Sorcerer can use her Teleport Skill to move from one place to another instantly but with the Aspect of the Bounding Conduit, you get a useful buff.
Aspect of the Bounding Conduit provides a Sorcerer with additional movement speed for a short duration every time they teleport.

How To Get Aspect of the Bounding Conduit? (Komdor Temple Walkthrough)
1) Slay the High Priests
Upon entering the Komdor Temple, you will be in the Hall of Destruction and will need to search this large map for 3 High Priests.
Once you find the High Priests, you will need to kill them and once this is done, a Chamber Door will be unlocked nearby.
2) Open the Chamber Door
After you have taken out the 3 High Priests, you will need to head over to the Chamber Door and interact with it to open the path to the Chamber of Visions.
3) Activate the Levers
Along the way, you will enter a room that has 2 Levers that you need to interact with, but you need to clear out the enemies first to avoid being disrupted.
4) Defeat the Khazra Abomination
A Khazra Abomination will be in the Chamber of Visions and you will need to kill it to get the Aspect of the Bounding Conduit along with other loot dropped by the boss.
Verdict
While additional movement speed may not appear to be important when you first start, it becomes useful in the long run.
Being able to quickly move around after teleporting in or out of battle can help you position yourself when you want to cast skills.
Teleport is a Lightning Skill that is often used by players who use a Sorcerer Lightning Build but it can still be handy regardless of what build you have.
