This Legendary Submachine Go is a top pick for its high rate of fire and sustainable damage output along with a new Origin Trait.
Obtaining this weapon is not at all hard as you can get it within a few runs of a new activity introduced in the Into The Light Update or get a Masterworked version by finishing a certain quest.

How To Get The Recluse?
Onslaught Activities are one of the fastest ways for you to get The Recluse because it can be from the chests that you open at the end of the activities.
These also have a chance to be obtained if you contribute 10 Trophies of Bravery to the BRAVE Chest located in the Hall of Champions near Lord Shaxx.
Obtaining a fully upgraded (Masterwork) version of this weapon is also possible by completing the Recluse Endangerment quest. (Obtainable from Arcite 99-40 in Hall of Champions)

Indomitability
With the Indomitability Origin Trait, Final Blows with The Recluse will provide your character with bonus energy regeneration for either Grenade or Melee Abilities.
This depends on your Subclass as Light Subclasses provide Grenade Energy on Final Blows while Dark Subclasses generate Melee Energy.
The Recluse Intrinsics
Lightweight Frame
The Recluse is equipped with a Lightweight Frame that allows it to easily be handled and allows you to move faster when the weapon is equipped.
This makes it easier to fire at your enemies with your weapons and reduces the rate at which you are slowed when moving and sprinting with the weapon.
Verdict
When it comes to spraying your enemies with several rounds, The Recluses does this job pretty well and when you focus your fire on one target at a time, they can be easily taken down.
Different builds can make use of The Recluse thanks to the Indomitability Origin Trait, providing you with more Grenade or Melee energy to use more often.
The Masterworked version of this weapon that you get from Lord Shaxx may later be changed if you obtain The Recluse with a God Roll but you might need to upgrade it from scratch.
