Scout Rifles offer a good combination of damage and rate of fire and if you want one from the BRAVE Arsenal that Lord Shaxx is giving out, you will want to complete this quest.
Jury Duty is a quest that allows you to attune with the Hung Jury SR4 as well as obtain a Masterworked version of the weapon.
This requires that you go through with a few tasks though, which includes proving your skill with Scout Rifles before you can get it from Lord Shaxx.
How To Get Jury Duty Quest?
The Jury Duty quest may be obtained from Arcite 99-40, which is often found with other quests for weapons from the BRAVE Arsenal.
You can find Arcite 99-40 at the end of the Hall of Champions near Lord Shaxx and may speak with him to see what quests are available.
Jury Duty Quest Steps
Step 1: Complete One of The Following Objectives.
Jury Duty requires that you use Scout Rifles for the first step and this mainly has you fighting combatants, defeating them with this weapon type.
You have the option to defeat combatants with Precision Damage with Scout Rifles, which may be done anywhere in the system or Onslaught Activities as these provide more progress.
Another way to complete the first step of Jury Duty is to defeat combatants in Vanguard Ops Activities using a Scout Rifle. (Bonus progress for higher difficulty Nightfalls)

Step 2: Return to the Hall of Champions and Unlock Hung Jury to the Appropriate Holo-Shaxx
After completing the first step in Jury Duty, you will need to return to the Hall of Champions to attune yourself with the weapon.
Head over to the Hung Jury Holo-Shaxx, which can be found on the right of the stairs after you have just entered the hall and interact with it.

Step 3: Speak to Shaxx within the Hall of Champions and Claim Your Prize
Now that you have attuned with the Hung Jury Holo-Shaxx, it’s time to head to Lord Shaxx to get your reward, which you can claim after speaking to him.

Jury Duty Quest Rewards
Once you have spoken to Lord Shaxx after completing steps 1 and 2, you can claim the Masterworked Hung Jury SR4 from him.
Aside from the Masterworked Hung Jury SR4, you will receive 200 Lord Shaxx Reputation (Hype) as a reward for completing the quest.
Verdict
Completing Jury Duty can be done quickly by getting a lot of Precision Shots during Onslaught Activities but for those who prefer to just defeat enemies, Vanguards Ops Activities will do.
The Masterworked Hung Jury SR4 you receive from Lord Shaxx will have upgraded handling, which makes it easier to ready the weapon and aim it.
Not all the perks will be favored by players and since you can attune with Hung Jury SR4, you can grind for more until you get a God Roll for the weapon easily.
