ARCITE 99-40 appears as a companion of Lord Shaxx that can be found within the Hall of Champions and acts as one of the vendors there.
Not much is known about ARCITE 99-40 but it is believed that this Combat Frame has been turned into a quartermaster and it even bears a small resemblance to Lord Shaxx’s attire.

ARCITE 99-40 can be found in the Hall of Champions, which you can reach by opening the location in the Destinations Menu.
Once you are in the Hall of Champions, you may find ARCITE 99-40 to the very right near Shaxx and may speak with it to open its menu.

ARCITE 99-40 has 6 quests to offer you and one of these is often completed during the earlier parts of progressing with the Into The Light update.

Bounties
Bounties from ARCITE 99-40 offer you rewards such as XP, Lord Shaxx Reputation, and even BRAVE Engrams once you complete them.
Depending on the difficulty of the Weekly Bounties, you will be able to get better rewards, but some may take longer than others to complete.

Additional Rewards
Under Additional Rewards, there is currently only one item, which is the Superblack Key Omega and this is required to unlock the Superblack Containment.
The Superblack Key Omega is however one of two pieces, where the other is the Superblack Alpha Key that can be obtained from Lord Shaxx with the right rank.

ARCITE 99-40 and Lord Shaxx go hand in hand when it comes to Into The Light since they both provide you with ways to increase your reputation.
It is ideal to complete all the quests from ARCITE 99-40 as soon as possible to get all the weapons from the BRAVE Arsenal since they allow you to unlock the Holo-Shaxx statues.
Holo-Shaxx statues may be interacted with to increase the chances of the weapons dropping, which is great if you are aiming for God Rolls.
