Necromancers are capable of manipulating blood, thus, providing them with the ability to spawn Blood Orbs in different ways.
While these Blood Orbs act as a source of replenishing your health, the Fastblood Aspect provides it with another purpose.
The Fastblood Aspect causes Blood Orbs that you obtain to reduce the cooldown of your Ultimate Skill, allowing you to use it more often.
Fastblood Aspect Effects (Ultimate Cooldown Aspect)
The Fastblood Aspect’s effect occurs whenever you pick up a Blood Orb, causing a certain percentage of your Ultimate Skill’s cooldown to be reduced.
Each Blood Orb you pick up will reduce the cooldown, which works well with Necromancer Blood Builds and skills.
The longer the cooldown of your Ultimate Skill, the greater the reduction to its cooldown will be when you pick up Blood Orbs.
Fastblood Aspect Location
The Fastblood Aspect will be unlocked in your Codex once you have completed the Iron Hold Dungeon, which is located in the Ruins of Rakhat Keep. (Hawezar)
How To Get Fastblood Aspect? (Iron Hold Walkthrough)
1) Slay the Malevolent Specter and collect the Jailer’s Key
Once you step foot into the Iron Hold, you will find yourself in the Awoken Cells, where an enemy known as the Malevolent Specter can be found.
You will need to slay the Malevolent Specter to obtain the Jailer’s Key, which it drops when it has been killed.
2) Use the Jailer’s Key to open the Locked Door
After slaying the Malevolent Specter and picking up the Jailer’s Key, you can use it on the nearby Locked Door to gain access to the next area.
3) Travel to the Halls of Malice
With the Locked Door now opened, you will need to continue making your way through the dungeon until you reach the Halls of Malice.
4) Return the Bloodstone to the Pedestal
Inside the Halls of Malice, you will be able to find 2 Bloodstones, which need to be brought to their Pedestals to open a sealed door.
5) Defeat the Scourge of the Land
Head to the now-opened door and you will be in the Heinous Confines, where you will need to slay the Scourge of the Land.
Verdict
Aside from Healing Potions, Blood Orbs are a good way for you to restore your health, giving the Necromancer more survivability.
If you tend to use your Ultimate Skill often, using Fastblood Aspect is a good way to make it cooldown faster.
Blood Orbs often spawn with the help of certain Necromancer Skills and passives that you may use with a Necromancer Blood Build.
