Aspect of Quicksand (How to Get, Location & Effects): Diablo 4

Earth Skills are one of the Druid’s many types of attacks and these can deal a good amount of damage but can later be improved to apply Crowd Control effects.

With the Aspect of Quicksand, you can cause all of your Earth Skills to slow enemies for a short duration when they are damaged.

This makes Crowd Control easier with the Druid, especially when they have other skills that have bonus effects against enemies who are slowed.

Aspect of Quicksand Effects (Crowd Control Aspect)

The Aspect of Quicksand causes the damage dealt by your Earth Skills to slow enemies by 25% for 5 Seconds when they are hit.

This effect will trigger as long as you are using Earth Skills, whether they are a Basic Skill, Core Skill, or Mastery Skill from the Druid’s Skill Tree.

With this effect continuously triggering, it becomes easy to make all of your enemies slow, allowing you to take advantage of the situation.

How To Get Aspect of Quicksand? (Ferals’ Den Walkthrough)Defeat Innes, Vengeance of Glor-an-Fhaidha in the Ferals’ Den Dungeon

1) Collect Animus from Animus Carriers

Entering the Ferals’ Den will bring you into the Den of Woe, which is where there will be several Animus Carriers that need to be slain.

Animus Carriers will drop Animus and this needs to be collected and used later for depositing into an Animus Urn.

2) Deposit Animus into the Animus Urn

Once you have enough Animus, you will need to interact with the Animus Urn to unblock the path ahead of you that is covered in vines.

3) Travel to the Feral Depths

After the vines have moved and the path is open, you will need to proceed to the Feral Depths by further exploring the dungeon.

4) Activate the Runestone

This next area will have 2 Runestones that need to be located, which you need to interact with to get to the next area.

Once you interact with the first Runestone, a path will open up leading to the second one and eventually this leads to the next area.

5) Travel to the Ritual of Rampage

You will now be heading for the dungeon boss and this requires that you continue making your way until you reach the Ritual of Rampage.

6) Defeat Innes, Vengeance of Glor-an-Fhaidha

Once you reach the Ritual of Rampage, you will have to defeat a powerful Druid (boss) named Innes, Vengeance of Glor-an-Fhaidha.

Verdict

Druids have a lot of powerful skills at their disposal and with the ability to slow their enemies, they can easily use these effectively.

Aside from making enemies easier to hit, Druids have certain passives that will allow them to deal additional damage or have bonus effects to slowed enemies.

Not only does every Earth Skill slow down your enemy, but this also makes them helpless against some of your other attacks and can be useful with other Aspects.
