As you struggle to find a way to get rid of the parasite that you had been infected with, you learn about a person named Nettie who may help you.
Running into some of the Tieflings has resulted in hints about a healer in Emerald Grove that goes by such a name, who happens to be a druid healer.
You will need to find out where Nettie is and ask for her help as she might know a solution to the wriggling tadpoles in your skull.
How to Obtain Get Help from Healer Nettie Quest?
The “Get Help from Healer Nettie” quest will begin whenever a character mentions her as the go-to person for healing.
This will usually be a response whenever you ask if there is a nearby healer after you have awoken from the Nautiloid crash.

Once the quest has been started, you will be able to check the map for a marker showing the location of Emerald Grove in the Druids’ Grove.
This requires that you fight the goblins that are attacking at the gate and make your way further into the Druids’ Grove to find Nettie.
You will need to head to the Sacred Pool once you enter the gate and make your way toward the Stone Door that brings you into the Emerald Grove.
Head towards the very back and you will be able to speak to Nettie and ask her for help, which results in taking you into a secret room.
This is where things can get interesting as there are 3 ways that the quest may fold out, which are the following:
- Nettie attempts to poison you but gives you Wyvern Poison in a bottle instead.
- Nettie poisons you with a plant and keeps you locked up until you die or persuades her to give you the antidote.
- Nettie poisons you but you fight back to get the antidote from her, resulting in her dying or being knocked out.
Outcomes that allow Nettie to live on, will require you to search for the druid named Halsin, who is known to have been taken by the goblins.
Nettie can be found in the Emerald Grove, which is behind the Stone Gate in the Sacred Pool that is located within the Druids’ Grove.

If you succeed with certain skill checks and convince Nettie that you are good, she will let you go and give you Wyvern Poison if you begin to change.
Certain endings with this quest will unlock the “Rescue the Druid Halsin” quest, who will most likely be held captive by goblins.
Nettie’s is indeed a healing, and you notice this right away as she is tending to a helpless bird, but this doesn’t mean she can’t do bad things.
Her attempt to poison you can be prevented and if she gets you with the plant, you can always grab the antidote off her or ask for it.
