The Blood Bishop can be found in various dungeons that reward players with Aspects and Loot, which include the following:

  • Akkhan’s Grasp (Ruins of Rakhat Keep, Hawezar)
  • Fetid Mausoleum (The Writhing Mire, Hawezar)

Blood Bishop Fight (Attacks)

The Blood Bishop has ranged attacks that can easily be avoided but standing too close may put you in a lot of danger if you tend to stand still.

1) Single Projectiles

The Blood Bishop launches a single shadow-like projectile that deals a substantial amount of damage, which can be avoided if you move or evade.

2) Projectile Barrage

After charging up, the Blood Bishop launches multiple projectiles that seem to be more accurate as they tend to adjust their trajectory.

3) Flesh Mines

Flesh Mines are created by the Blood Bishop which later explode, dealing damage in a certain radius unless you destroy them first.

4) Latching Appendage

The Blood Bishop grabs you with its appendages and holds you, dealing small amounts of damage while restoring its health.

Blood Bishop Strategy

The Blood Bishop’s most dangerous attack is its Projectile Barrage as it sends out several projectiles and these may all hit you if you are in front of him.

When the Flesh Mines are spawned, it is best to keep your distance or destroy them before attacking him as he will take time to make them explode.

Before the Blood Bishop releases his appendage to grab you, he will charge up first, which gives you enough time to move out of the way or evade.

Moving around the Blood Bishop while attacking him from time to time (best with ranged attacks) is a great way to take him out.

Blood Bishop Drops

Once killed, the Blood Bishop will drop around 1-3 items that will have rarities that can scale based on your level and the world tier.

Defeating the Blood Bishop in the dungeons below for the first time have a chance to unlock specific Aspects which include the following:
