Druids can Shapeshift into a Werebear at will and when it comes to some of their attacks, a lot of damage can be dealt but having enough Spirit is important.
Luckily, the Mangled Aspect can provide you with an additional way to get Spirit, which is simply by fighting as a Werebear.
The Mangled Aspect provides Druids with the ability to gain Spirit when you are attacked as a Werebear, allowing you to have another source of Spirit generation.
Mangled Aspect Effects (Spirit Aspect)
When you have an item that has the Mangled Aspect, you will have a chance to gain Spirit by a certain chance when you’re being attacked.
This counts for each enemy that hits you, which makes it easy to keep your Spirit up if you tend to rush into groups of enemies when fighting.
This suit builds that rely on a lot of Spirit or is a great addition to the more durable Druid builds that players may have.
Mangled Aspect Location
The Mangled Aspect can be obtained from the Immortal Emanation Dungeon, which can be found east of Kyovashad in the Frigid Expanse. (Fractured Peaks)
How To Get Mangled Aspect? (Immortal Emanation Walkthrough)
1) Destroy the Blood Boils
Entering the Immortal Emanation will lead you to the Beaconing Labyrinth, where you will need to find and destroy 5 Blood Boils. (Marked when nearby)
2) Travel to the Pillar of the Eternal Bond
Once you have destroyed the 5 Blood Boils, you will need to continue exploring the dungeon until you reach the Pillar of the Eternal Bond.
3) Defeat the Blood Bishop
Upon reaching the Pillar of the Eternal Bond, a Blood Bishop will be in the area and you will have to defeat him to get your rewards, including the Mangled Aspect.
Verdict
A Druid Werebear build is great for both dealing damage and is durable, making the Mangled Aspect a good choice if you want to keep your Spirit up.
Take note that you will need to be in your Werebear form for the Mangled Aspect to work but this can easily be done if you are using Werebear Skills.
If you prefer to jump right into the fray, the Mangled Aspect can prove to be useful and may sometimes be good enough even for higher levels.
