How to Get Gurgling Head in Diablo 4

If you’re aiming to get into a fight with a memorable boss from Diablo 4’s Season 1, you will most likely need a Gurgling Head.

That’s right, this disgusting head has its uses, and you are going to need at least one if you want to go head-to-toe with an Echo of Varshan.

However, these are not easy to come by if you have just started in the season as you will need to jump a few World Tiers up to get these.

How To Get Gurgling Head?Obtaining a Gurgling Head

Obtaining a Gurgling Head shares similarities with other parts required to summon the Echo of Varshan as they are all obtained the same way.

You can get these mainly by completing Whispers and obtaining a Tree of Whispering Cache, which can be opened for loot that may include one of the 3 pieces needed.

Another way to get these is to search for rare enemies in Sanctuary, mainly those that spawn in pools of blood in Blood Harvest zones.

Additionally, you may use some of the other parts to craft a Malignant Body Cache, which has a chance to drop 1 of the 3 parts needed to summon the Echo of Varshan.

After you have obtained a Gurgling Head, you will still need two other parts, which are the Blackened Femur and the Trembling Hand.

All of these can be obtained the same way and if you are lucky enough, you may be able to get all 3 within the first 30 to 60 minutes of farming.

You will need to have all 3 parts and bring them to the Malignant Altar in the Malignant Burrow (Dungeon) below the Tree of Whispers to summon an Echo of Varshan.

Verdict

The Echo of Varshan is like the ones that appeared during the Season of the Malignant and is just summoned a different way with new items.

A good way to farm Gurgling Heads is to explore the Blood Harvest zones and complete Whispers there, which may end up with you finding rare enemies that drop it too.

Some may consider creating Malignant Body Caches, but this can be costly since you need the other parts to summon the Echo of Varshan as well.
