Fiend Roses is an endgame Rare Crafting Material that is used to enhance your equipment to near perfection once you are satisfied with them.
These rare herbs are only available during certain times and cannot be found in Sanctuary when it is in its normal state.
Once the Helltide begins in a certain region in Sanctuary, you will be able to get Fiend Roses once you explore the area.

A Fiend Rose is considered a rare crafting material but unlike Angelbreath and Gallowvine, these do not appear just anywhere and timing is everything.
Fiend Roses have a tie with the Helltide, making it important to venture into them whenever the time comes to get these.
How To Get Fiend Rose?
Once you reach World Tier 3, you can start getting Fiend Roses as these become available during the Helltide Event.
You can find Fiend Rose plants while exploring areas that are affected by the Helltide (the region will change to red) and can interact with them to get them.
Defeating enemies during the Helltide or opening certain chests can also provide you with Fiend Roses by chance.
If you explore and loot during the Helltide Event, you are bound to get your hands on some Fiend Roses now and then.
Best Place To Get Fiend Rose
Farming Fiend Roses is best done when the Helltide begins as this gives a lot of time to roam the area affected by the event.
You will want to explore the area to find Fiend Rose plants and defeat elite enemies and open chests that you find in the area.
The more you explore the area affected by the Helltide, the better the chance you will get Fiend Roses during its duration.
During the Helltide Event, you can open Tortured Chests, which drop various materials, which may include Fiend Roses.
Fiend Rose Farming
During the Helltide, you can get Fiend Roses by doing different things and which requires you to stay active during the duration of the event.
Complete the event, open Tortured Chests, and loot everything that you can to get a chance to find Fiend Roses while the Helltide is active.
One of the guaranteed ways to get them is to keep an eye out for the Fiend Rose plants, as these always drop them when interacted with.
Fiend Rose Uses
Fiend Roses are used for altering the affixes of your equipment, which include weapons, armor accessories and more.
To do this, you will need to visit the Occultist and have the item you want to alter as well as at least one Fiend Rose to continue.
Aside from being used for altering weapons, the Fiend Rose is a requirement for healing potion upgrades later in the game by visiting an Alchemist.
