After searching for the Horadrim named Donan, you finally found him at the Eldhaime Keep and were able to talk to him.
Donan claims that something has happened and suggests that you head to his manor to see for yourself about the incident.
You will now make your way to Firebreak Manor to investigate the incident that Donan spoke about, which may be connected to Lilith.
How To Get Dark Omens Quest?
The Dark Omens quest becomes available once you have completed the quest called An Unforeseen Visit, which is where you first met Donan.
Dark Omens Quest Objectives
1) Investigate the disturbance at Firebreak Manor
Head to Firebreak Manor, which should be a few minutes away from where Eldhaime Keep is located to check on the location of the incident.
2) Talk to Steward Wilfred
The steward will be outside and you will need to speak with him, which will end up with him opening the manor to give you access.
3) Enter Donan’s Study
Once Steward Wilfred has opened the manor door, make your way to Donan’s Study and enter the area to begin checking the area.
4) Inspect Blood Petals
You will find some of Lilith’s Blood Petals and will need to interact with them to get another vision, which begins a cutscene.
The cutscene shows Lilith trying to tempt Donan but he refuses in the end and casts her out, which causes her to leave right after looking at something she has taken an interest in.
5) Investigate the Disturbance
After the cutscene, you will hear the signal horn, which means there is a disturbance and you will need to go check it out.
6) Defeat Goatmen attackers
As you exit the study, you will find that Goatmen have begun to attack the Firebreak Manor and will need to help the people by fighting back.
Clear out all of the Goatmen that you find (they will be marked on your map) and meet up with the rest of the Knights outside.
7) Talk to Donan
You will need to speak with Donan, who later believes that Lilith may be after others after her attempt at Firebreak Manor.
Dark Omens Quest Rewards
Completing, Dark Omens quest will reward you with XP and Gold that scales based on the level of your character.
You will obtain two quests called Encroaching Shadows and Feral Nature, which set you to check on the other members in a painting that Lilith was staring at.
Verdict
Upon investigating the Firebreak Manor, you found out that Lilith had attempted to get through to Donan by tempting him with youth and power.
