You recently helped out back at the Firebreak Manor after an attack by the Goatmen, which is presumed to have been due to Lilith passing the area.
Donan had an encounter with Lilith but he rejected her and she has now resorted to finding his companions from the past.
You will need to head to Tirmair and ask the Knights Penitent there if they have any information about Lilith passing through the area.
How To Get Feral Nature Quest?
You will receive the Feral Nature quest alongside the Encroaching Shadows quest, both coming after completing Dark Omens.
Once you save Firebreak Manor from the Goatmen, both quests will be received as each is for one companion that Lilith has gone after.
Feral Nature Quest Objectives
1) Check with the Knights in Tirmair about Lilith
The first thing you will need to do is head for Tirmair, which is in the eastern part of Scosglen to begin your search there.
2) Check with Knight-Captain Razia
The Knight-Captain will be in the area with their location marked on your map and you will need to speak to them to get information.
It is here that you will find out that Lilith, which Knight-Captain Razia describes as a horned woman, has been spreading corruption nearby.
Knight-Captain Razia also mentions the Druid Nafain who lives nearby, they tried to check on him but his wolf companion got in the way.
3) Search for Nafain at the Boglann Stone Circle
You will need to head out there to search for Nafain and see what has happened by following the marker on your map to his location.
4) Investigate the Runic Message on the Stone
As you reach the location, you will see a large stone with a runic message that needs to be interacted with to proceed.
Interacting with it will begin a cutscene where you are threatened by the wolf before it suddenly realizes you are not its enemy and it becomes friendly.
After you have gained the wolf’s trust during the cutscene, it will start leading you to its master and the quest will come to an end.
Feral Nature Quest Rewards
The Feral Nature quest will reward you with XP and Gold that scales depending on your level while also starting the next quest called The Beast Within.
Verdict
It looks like upon arriving at Tirmair, the Knights Penitent are already short-staffed and you will need to rush into search for Nafain on your own.
You came upon a runic stone that later alerted his wolf companion, who was first hostile towards you until it realized you were not one of the Knights Penitent.
Nafains Wolf will now lead you across The Blood Vale so that you can find its master and the source of the corruption that Knight-Captain spoke about.
