You have been making your way around the Wailing Hills until you come across a corpse that drops an item called the Ravenous Predator’s Offering.
This item appears to be a cache that has been sealed with powerful magic that requires spirit energy from the wildlife.
To open this cache, you will need to state the powerful magic by slaying wildlife that can be found in the area where you found it.
How To Get Ravenous Predator’s Offering Quest?
Obtaining the Ravenous Predator’s Offering item from one of the bodies that you can interact with will allow you to start this side quest.
Ravenous Predator’s Offering Quest Objectives
Harvest spirit energy from wildlife
You will need to gather spirit energy from the different wildlife scattered around the Wailing Hills by slaying creatures in the area.
Some of these creatures will drop spirit energy, which appears as an orb covered with a green flame and these can be collected.
As you collect spirit energy, a meter under the objective will increase, which eventually leads to it becoming filled.
Once enough spirit energy has been collected, this will unseal the ravenous Predator’s Offering and the quest will come to an end.
Ravenous Predator’s Offering Location
Ravenous Predator’s Offering does not drop from any specific corpse but it can be obtained by interacting with one’s in the Wailing Hills.
This is often obtained when you explore Scosglen or when you are doing quests during Act II of the campaign as you may encounter bodies along the way.
Ravenous Predator’s Offering Rewards
After unlocking the Ravenous Predator’s Offering by collecting enough spirit energy, the side quest will be complete and you will receive the following:
- XP
- Gold
- 20 Scosglen Renown
- 1 Appeased Predator’s Offering

It seems that you stumbled upon an offering made by a previous hunter and after dealing with the magic that has sealed the cache, you have gotten the goods.
While there is plenty of wildlife in the area, hunting them may not have been as easy with all the enemies lurking around but it has paid off.
Several other caches can be found in the future and this is just one of them, which has provided you with a nice set of goodies.
