Diablo 4 Blistered Heart Quest (Objectives & Rewards)

You notice a grieving mother as you make your way through Jirandai and approach her to ask what has happened only to find out someone dear was taken from her.

It appears that the Spider Queen has played a part in her son’s death, which has filled her with anger and a thirst for revenge.

The grieving mother, known as Sorga has asked you to kill the Spider Queen to avenge her son and prevent anyone else from being harmed.

Blistered Heart (Side Quest) D4

How To Get Blistered Heart Quest?

The Blistered Heart side quest may be started by speaking to Sorga, who is across a gap that you can climb over by using a rope.

Blistered Heart Objectives

1) Slay spiders to draw out the Broodmother

Slaying spiders to draw out the Broodmother

After you have spoken to Sorga, you will need to head to the location of the Broodmother to lure her out by slaying spiders in the area.

You may proceed by making your way to the Blistered Barrens, which is north of Jirandai and the area you need to slay spiders in will be marked on your map.

Once you are in the area, continue by killing all the spiders that you find until you have filled up the meter under the objective.

Spiders of any size can fill the meter and you can find them faster by checking your map for them as they will be represented by red dots.

2) Retrieve the Spider Queen Heart

Once you have drawn out the Spider Queen, head over to her location and put an end to her, and her heart will drop. (Pick up the Spider Queen Heart)

3) Return to Sorga

After picking up the Spider Queen Heart, make your way back to Jirandai and speak with Sorga to complete the quest.

Blistered Heart Quest Rewards

After slaying the Broodmother and bringing back the Spider Queen Heart, the quest will be complete, which results in you receiving the following:

  • XP
  • Gold
  • Leather Cache
  • 30 Dry Steppes Renown

Verdict

The Blistered Barren is filled with numerous insects and the Spider Queen was amongst them, which is probably who such creatures would follow.

Among the countless victims was Sorga’s son, which resulted in her demanding that you get revenge for what they did.

Now that you have put a stop to the Broodmother, it seems that Sorga may have some peace of mind but still apologizes for letting rage take over.
