Destiny 2: Path of the Splicer VI Quest
Something strange is happening and you will notice this by the tone that Mithrax has when he speaks to you through the Splicer Servitor.
There is a malevolent force reaching out, similar to how things were when you first entered the Vex networks, an evil force that has more in the plan after the Endless Night.
You will need to head into the Vex network once more and uncover what you can before things are too late, but Mithrax warns you that darkness is coming for you and it must be disrupted.

Quest Steps
Mithrax discovers that it is the Taken Vex mind, Quria, who is causing the simulation that plagues the city and also a servant of Savathun.
Osiris thinks that it would be a good idea to capture Quria to learn from her while Mithrax suggests destroying her, and that containment would be dangerous.
Collect Ether To Charge Splicer Gauntlet
You need to gather at least 50 Ether to craft a Key Code, which you will be using to open a Conflux Chest.
Craft A Key Code For The Splicer Gauntlet
After collecting 50 or more Ether, head to the quest menu and access the Splicer Gauntlet to craft your Key Code.
Unlock A Conflux Chest In Override
Once you have a Key Code, access an Override mission and complete it, which includes defeating the boss and opening the Conflux Chest at the end.
Complete Expunge: Labyrinth
After completing an Override mission, you will next need to partake in the Expunge: Labyrinth mission, which is located at the Tangled Shore.
Speak with Mithrax
Head back to the H.E.L.M. and speak with Mithrax until you are interrupted by Osiris, who later has you confirming a suggestion from Mithrax.
Speak With Ikora Ray
You will need to talk to Ikora Ray to figure out what may be the best intentions towards Quria, but for now, you will have to complete your splicer training.
Speak With Mithrax Again
Report back to Mithrax and the quest will be completed, which prompts Mithrax to tell you that he will continue to do everything he can to help and that he believes in you.
Path of the Splicer VI Rewards
During the quest, you will be rewarded with Corrupted Access, which gives a chance for Corrupted Key Codes to be dropped by combatants.
At the end of the quest, you will once again be given an Umbral Engram which you may open or modify at H.E.L.M.
