Loot Reborn brought a lot of new features to the game and included a new storyline involving the Iron Wolves taking a turn for the worse.
Something had been calling members of the Iron Wolves, turning them against those who trust them in exchange for something they cannot resist.
There are a total of 5 quests available that connect to the story with the Iron Wolves and a woman named Soudeh the Anvil who has you put a stop to what is turning the other members.
Loot Reborn Quests in Order
1) The Helltide Rises
The Helltide Rises is the first quest that you take part in during Loot Reborn, which is where you are led to investigate the new Helltide introduced to the game.
This involves speaking to Doomsayer Pira, who mentions the Helltide and the Tortured Gifts that the demons have.
She mentions that these gifts may be taken and instead of being used by the demons, you can use yourself to fight back against their forces.
2) Call of the Wolves
During the second quest called Call of the Wolves, you find yourself searching the Helltide for evidence of the fallen Iron Wolves.
This happens as you are fighting in the Helltide as instructed by Doomsayer Pira when suddenly you stumble upon a Medallion Shard.
You eventually are led to the Iron Wolves Encampment to find out more about the Medallion Shards that you find.
3) The Wooden Wolf
The Wooden Wolf is a quest that comes after you have spoken to Soudeh The Anvil for the first time, where she asks you to fight alongside the Iron Wolves.
After gaining her trust by earning your ranks, she sends you off to search for a caravan that is guarded by Iron Wolves.
Things take a turn as it is revealed that something has turned the Iron Wolves against the Caravan, which requires you to find out more.
4) A Gift of Robes
Following the previous discovery, Soudeh now requires your help with one of the Iron Wolves that have gone missing.
After countless searches for a man named Telan, it seems that he was given an offer by a demon that had been whispering in the ears of the other members.
Sadly, things do not go so well, and this results in Soudeh falling in disbelief to make things worse, she has also begun to hear the voices of the demon.

5) The Voice in the Night
Soudeh requires your help but once again you must prove you are on her side by progressing with the Iron Wolves and increasing your rank.
The two of you later make your way to the demon to face it and put a stop to what it has been doing not only to the Iron Wolves but to other factions as well.
In the end, the demon, which is later revealed to be a Blood Maiden is put to a stop but this doesn’t mean everyone is just yet.

Verdict
The series of quests in the Loot Reborn storyline involves the uprising of a Blood Maiden, which has been making deals with humans to turn them into Hellborne.
This is later put to a stop once you and Soudeh track down the demon and defeat it, which is just in time since Soudeh becomes captured.
In the end, the demon was put to a stop but this does not mean things are over as the Helltide is capable of unleashing more enemies that you will need to put a stop to.
