Sanctuary has been plagued for a long time and it seems like the demons from hell have continued to pour into the land.
A person named Doomsayer Pira seems to know more about this and now that things have begun to become more crucial, it’s time to visit her.
You will need to locate Doomsayer Pira and speak to her as she may provide insight into the current events that are taking place.

The Helltide Rises Quest Walkthrough
This quest is more of an introduction to the Season of Loot Reborn and you need to create a new character to start with the Seasonal Questline.
Once you have created a character, you will have been given the choice to skip the campaign, which will allow you to do the Season Questline.
This brings you to Kyovashad, where you will need to head to Doomsayer Pira and speak with her about the rising Helltide.
Doomsayer Pira will mention Tortured Souls that bear Tortured Gifts, which she tells you to take and use against the demons.
This means that you will be making your way to areas where Helltide Events are active to continue with the questline.
Speaking to Doomsayer Pira will shortly end the quest and the next one that falls under the Season of Loot Reborn questline.
The Helltide Rises Quest Rewards
After you have found Doomsayer Pira and have had a conversation with her, you will receive the following rewards:
- XP
- Gold
Verdict
If you recall the previous seasons of Diablo 4, you may have already encountered Helltide Events that spawn around the map.
This is a starter quest that ends up with you being instructed to continue the questline by going straight into the Helltide Events.
This doesn’t mean that you will be farming Torturted Gifts though, this quest merely sets you on the path to discover something in the area where the Helltide is present.
