Werebears are capable of dealing heaps of damage when the Druids choose to transform into them but with aspect of the Changeling’s Debt, more damage can be done.
If you manage to Poison your enemies (Poison Creeper mostly), you can deal all of the damage instantly to an enemy with added damage.
This will be due to Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt, which is an Aspect that alters the Werebear Skills of the Druid.
Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt Effects (Werebear Aspect)
Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt causes your Werebear Skills to instantly deal with a percentage of the Poisoned Damage an enemy is suffering from to it.
This not only deals the Poison Damage, but it also adds more to the total damage that they take when the effect is triggered, allowing you to consume the Poison Damage in full plus more.
You may only trigger this effect with Werebear Skills though, which gives you a choice of having a Werebear build or to fit one of its skills in a Druid Werewolf Build.
Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt Location
Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt can be unlocked by completing the Conclave Dungeon, which is located in the Southern Expense. (Kehjistan)
You can reach the Conclave Dungeon by heading east from Gea Kul or by heading west from Denshar as these are some of the closest Towns near it.
How To Get Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt? (Conclave Walkthrough)
The Conclave is filled with enemies that you must fight through to get to before you can reach the Infested Laboratory, which needs to be cleared of enemies.
- Slay the Sanguine Chanellers (2)
- Travel to the Nesting Grounds
- Search the Slain Villagers for the Laboratory Key
- Use the Laboratory Key to open the Laboratory Door
- Travel to the Infested Laboratory
- Slay all enemies in the Infested Laboratory
The Infested Laboratory will be filled with enemies that you need to clear out and once this is done, you will have completed the dungeon.
Activating Shrines and other interactable objects during the last objective will further increase the number of enemies that need to be killed before the dungeon is complete.
Verdict
Most Druid Werebear Builds will make use of the Poison Creeper to Immobilize and Poison enemies, which allows the Werebear to use Aspect of the Changeling’s Debt in this situation.
If you want to pop the Poison Damage often, you can resort to a Druid Werewolf Build focusing on Poison that has at least one Werebear Skill to trigger the Aspect.
If you are short on Skill Points to get a Werebear Skill, you can always resort to items that provide you with a point in the skill just to consume the Poison Damage.
