Additionally, you will gain increased damage reduction by a certain percentage when you are standing inside the area of the Earthquake.
This makes it easy for you to jump into a fight and attack enemies while also gaining damage reduction for tougher situations.

How To Get Aspect of Bul-Kathos? (Light’s Refuge Walkthrough)
1) Return the Mechanical Box to the Pedestal
Once you enter Light’s Refuge, you will be in an area called Light’s Reform, where you will need to search for 2 Mechanical Boxes.
These Mechanical Boxes need to be brought back to their Pedestals to open up the sealed doors leading to the next area.
2) Travel to Light’s Retreat
Once you have gotten through the doors, you will need to continue making your way to Light’s Retreat, which is where you will need to find Fiend Handler Clark.
3) Slay Fiend Handler Clark and collect the Handler’s Key
You will need to find the elite enemy named Fiend Handler Clark and slay him, which will cause him to drop the Handler’s Key.
4) Use the Handler’s Key to open the Refuge Door
After obtaining the Handler’s Key, you will need to use it to open the door leading to the Thundergod’s Refuge, where the Knight Council awaits.
5) Defeat the Knight Council
You will have to fight 3 elite enemies including the Lord Commander, Devoted Champion, and Grand Inquisitor in the Thundergod’s Refuge to complete the dungeon.
