Vessel Capillaries is a resource that was introduced during the Dante Unbound update, where it became a valuable resource in obtaining the Warframe.
This resource offered players a way to obtain many of the new items that were introduced in the update but obtaining Vessel Capillaries requires grinding.
Instead of being used as a material for crafting, this resource is valued in the Sanctum Anatomica, mainly by Loid as he has items in store for you if you have enough Vessel Capillaries.
Where To Get Vessel Capillaries?
Vessel Capillaries may be obtained on Deimos but these do not drop just anywhere and you will only be able to get them from the Armatus (Disruption) mission.
Armatus will only be accessible if players have already completed The Deadlock Protocol and the Whispers in the Walls quests.
Farming Vessel Capillaires is currently only possible in Armatus as of now, making it your go-to place if you want to get your hands on more items from the Dante Unbound update.
How To Get Vessel Capillaries?
Vessel Capillaries can only be obtained in the Armatus Disruption mission on Deimos, making it the exclusive farming location for this resource.
To start farming, you must collect Dockets that drop from nearby Infested enemies and insert them into the correct conduit that matches the displayed glyph.
Once the conduit is activated, a Demolisher Bonewidow or Demolisher Voidrig will spawn and attempt to destroy it, which you must stop by defeating the Necramech before it reaches its target.
Destroying the Demolisher rewards you with 2 to 4 Vessel Capillaries on normal mode or 5 to 7 on Steel Path, and these drops are not affected by Resource Boosters or the Loyal Retriever mod.
Vessel Capillaries Uses
Vessel Capillaries are used to make purchases from Loid in the Sanctum Anatomica, which allows you to exchange them for items under the Research Dante menu option.

A total of 1,625 Vessel Capillaries is enough for you to purchase all of the items that Loid has for sale in the Research Dante menu.
Vessel Capillaries Resource Booster
Using a resource booster does not appear to increase the amount of Vessel Capillaries obtained with each conduit that is completed.
It is also reported that buffs from a Smeeta Kavat do not work as well, making Vessel Capillaries grinding a bit longer than most resources.
Verdict
Obtaining Vessel Capillaries in large amounts may take more time but if you play with a squad, the progress of each run in Armatus will be faster.
The best way for you to get a lot of Vessel Capillaries is to complete as many conduits as possible before you extract and repeat when things get difficult.
Once a conduit has been activated, hunting down the Necramech and destroying it will allow you to move on safely to the other conduits.
