With the introduction of the Whispers in the Walls update, you are introduced to a new syndicate that allows you to obtain Cavia Standing.
These will later provide you with rewards that you can obtain by trading Cavia Standing, which is rewarded by progressing with the Sanctum Anatomica.
The Sanctum Anatomica will have four NPCs that can be interacted with, which each allow you to rank up, do bounties, purchase goods, and more.
Sanctum Anatomica NPC’s
1) Loid (Sanctum Anatomica NPC)
Loid is one of the very first characters that you meet during the Whispers in the Walls quest and remains in the laboratory in pursuit of his master Albrecht Entrati.
The services offered by Loid are the following:
Exchange Voca for Cavia Standing
This allows you to sell any Voca (Echo Voca, Bellow Voca, or Shrill Voca) to get Cavia Standing, which can be a quick way for you to Rank Up if you have enough.
Trade For Voca
Allows you to trade resources that you have obtained from Deimos (Including the Laboratories) to purchase different types of Voca.
This is another way for you to quickly obtain Voca aside from doing activities within the Sanctum Anatomica.
Arcane Dissolution
Loid can Dissolve Arcanes, which allows you to turn any unused Arcanes that you have into Vosfur.
Vosfur is used to purchase Arcane Collections from Loid, which includes 3 random Arcanes from the collection that you choose.
Each collection will cost you 200 Vosfur and 50,000 Credits to purchase and the Arcanes will include drops from Common, Uncommon, and Rare tables.

Each of the Arcanes that you dissolve will provide you with different amounts of Vosfur based on their rarity, which often ranges from 14 to 98 Vosfur.

Fibonacci is one of the more intelligent Cavia that can be found in the Sanctum Anatomica regardless of him just being a fish, he was imprinted with much knowledge, which may be the cause of his large brain.
Interacting with Fibonacci allows you to check or avail of the following:

This allows you to check your current rank with the Cavia Syndicate and will allow you to Rank Up once you have all the required resources and have met the needed standing.
Bounties
Allows you to accept bounties that you will need to complete to obtain rewards, which also includes Cavia Standing.

Bird 3 appears to be one of the Cavia and the less intelligent one amongst the bunch but interacting with this NPC at the Sanctum Anatomica will allow you to get your hands on certain goods.

4) Tagfer (Sanctum Anatomica NPC)
Tagfer is one of the remaining experiments who is currently depressed after losing his partner Minn but he continues to assist you as he was instructed.
There are only two options when speaking with Tagfer, which is to do Albrecht Entrati’s Netracells runs (Enter the Anchorhold) to get certain rewards or to speak to him about “Papa.” (Albrecht)
Albrecht Entrati’s Netracells is a game mode that requires you to locate Keyglyphs and use them to access Netracells in the Anchorhold.
Leaving the Anchorhold requires that you carry all four Keyglyphs, but these have debuffs that make the mission harder as you progress. (You can only access 5 Netracells each week)

Along with the many rewards you can get from the update is Qorvex, a Warframe that is obtainable from the quest as well as its parts from bounties.
Grinding to increase your Cavia Rank is the best way for you to get as many rewards as possible in the long run as this unlocks the different wares that are available.
