A Neutral Combo with this set of Dual Daggers will allow you to unleash fireball projectiles forward to damage anything they collide with.
These Dual Daggers boast a high Status Chance of 33% along with a decent Critical Chance of 21% making it excellent with different kinds of builds.

How To Get Nepheri Blueprint?
You can get the Nepheri Blueprint by completing Narmer Bounties on Cetus (Plains of Eidolon) or Fortuna (Orb Vallis) which becomes available after completing The New War quest.
When doing Narmer Bounties, you will be able to see which items are available as rewards and this is important when checking due to the rotation of rewards.
You may also purchase the Nepheri from the market for 180 Platinum.

Verdict
The Nepheri is one of the strongest Dual Daggers you can find in the game, which is because of the innate Heat Damage as well as its ability to let loose fireballs.
Fast and deadly, these Dual Daggers are excellent no matter what you choose between Status Builds, Melee Builds or even a Hybrid Build.
Amar’s Contempt is a great match with Nepheri not only because it was pretty much a given idea, being Amar’s weapon and all but they work perfectly if you get the build and timing right.
