The Contegorus Armor Set is a new cosmetic set introduced with Epoch Operation: Taubound, allowing players to obtain three armor pieces from Praghasa.
Unlike most items in Praghasa’s inventory, the Contegorus Armor pieces are initially locked and become available as the Warframe community progresses through the Operation.
Players will need to collect Moonflesh and wait for the required community milestones before they can purchase the complete set.
What is the Contegorus Armor Set?
The Contegorus Armor Set consists of three cosmetic pieces that can be equipped on Warframes to change their appearance without affecting their stats.
These include the Contegorus Greaves, Pauldrons, and Chest Plate, which are purchased separately from Praghasa using Moonflesh collected during the Operation.
Each piece becomes available at a different community progress milestone, meaning players cannot immediately purchase the complete set even if they have enough Moonflesh.
How to Get the Contegorus Armor Set?
The Contegorus Armor Set can be purchased from Praghasa on Eris during Epoch Operation: Taubound, which runs from October 15 until November 17, 2026.
Players must wait for the community to reach the required progress milestones before each armor piece becomes available for purchase.
The following table shows when each piece unlocks and how much Moonflesh is needed.
Armor Piece | Community Progress | Moonflesh Cost |
Contegorus Greaves | 30% | 175 |
| Contegorus Pauldrons | 60% | 175 |
Contegorus Chest Plate | 90% | 175 |
The complete Contegorus Armor Set costs 525 Moonflesh, provided all three pieces have been unlocked through the community’s progress.
Reaching these milestones does not automatically reward the armor, so players must visit Praghasa and purchase each piece individually.
How to Unlock the Contegorus Armor Set?
The community progress meter increases as players collect Moonflesh during Epoch Operation: Taubound, gradually unlocking the three Contegorus Armor pieces.
Moonflesh can be obtained by defeating Infested enemies on Eris, completing regular missions, and participating in special Operation Alerts that provide larger rewards.
Players do not need to personally reach the 30%, 60%, or 90% milestones, as the unlocks are determined by the combined progress of the Warframe community.
Once an armor piece becomes available, visit Praghasa through her dedicated node on Eris and exchange the required Moonflesh to obtain it.
Verdict
The Contegorus Armor Set requires 525 Moonflesh to complete, although its individual pieces become available only after the community reaches their respective milestones.
Players interested in collecting the full set can farm the required Moonflesh ahead of time and purchase each piece as it becomes available from Praghasa.
Since Epoch Operation: Taubound ends on November 17, 2026, it is worth obtaining the armor before the event concludes rather than waiting until the last moment.
