The Fallen Tears quest is one of 3 quests that set you out to locate Crystal Teardrop which will be needed in the restoration of the Holy Lyre der Himmel.
Your team has set out to locate more of the Crystal Teardrops which are vital to saving Dvalin from the corruption within him.
It appears that Dvalin has been to the Thousand Winds Temple, and you will need to defeat a powerful enemy to obtain it.
How To Get Fallen Tears Quest?
The Fallen Tears quest is obtained along with the Stolen Tears and Hidden Tears quests during the Prologue Act II – For a Tomorrow Without Tears. This quest along with the 2 others is needed for you to restore the Holy Lyre der Himmel to its former glory to use it to save Dvalin.
Fallen Tears Quest Objectives
1) Go to the Thousand Winds Temple
Depending on where you are starting, you will need to make your way toward the Thousand Winds Temple, which will be marked on your map.
You can use a Teleport Waypoint to get closer to the location and continue heading your way from there to save time.
As you reach the Thousand Winds Temple, you will see a Ruin Guard patrolling the area and will have to defeat it.
2) Defeat the Monsters Guarding the Ruin to Complete the Challenge
Once you are at the location, the Ruin Guard will engage, and you can take the time to get a few ranged shots before it closes in.
Continue fighting the Ruin Guard until you defeat and afterward, a Precious Chest will appear which you will need to open to get the Teardrop Crystal.
3) Obtain Dvalin’s Tear
Approach the chest that had just appeared and interact with it to open it up, which will provide you with not only the Teardrop Crystal but also some loot.
A cutscene will play once you have obtained the Teardrop Crystal where the team has a quick meeting and afterward, the quest will be complete.
Fallen Tears Rewards
After you have completed the Fallen Tears quest, you will receive Character EXP, Adventure EXP, and Mora.
The rewards come in the following amounts:
- 3,125 Character EXP
- 250 Adventure EXP
- 6,000 Mora
Additionally, you’ll receive rewards:
- 20 Primogem
- 7 Fine Enhancement Ore
- 1 Teardrop Crystal
Summary
After a tough fight with a Ruin Guard, you were able to obtain yet another Teardrop Crystal and will soon be able to use it to restore the Holy Lyre.
Once all 3 of the Teardrop Crystals have been acquired and used to restore the Holy Lyre der Himmel, Venti will be able to carry on with his plan.
Supposing things go smoothly, the Holy Lyre der Himmel will play a big part in saving Dvalin from a terrible fate.
