A little girl named Flora who is selling flowers will seem to have some trouble as she won’t be able to sell flowers as she has run out.
She asks that you help her out in finding the flowers that she needs, which she will later plant to attract customers.
You will need to help her out by searching and obtaining each of the plants that she has specified to get her started.
How To Get Flighty Flora and Flora Quest?
The Flighty Flora… and Flora world quest can be started after you have completed Prologue Act III – Song of the Dragon and Freedom.
Flora can be found at her flower shop near the front gate of the City of Mondstadt and will have a world quest marker.
Flighty Flora… and Flora Quest Objectives
1) Collect flowers for Flora
After you have spoken to Flora, she will have told you about her problem and you will have gotten a list of all the flowers that she needs.
You will have to find each of the flowers, which can be found all over Mondstadt but if you already have them, you will be able to simply talk to her again.
If you have gone out to collect any of the missing flowers from her list, you will need to head back to speak with her afterward.
2) Report to Flora
Head back to Flora to give her the flowers that you have freshly picked. She will be happy about them but she will have another request.
She notices that no florist in Mondstadt has dandelions and will request that you obtain some for her, regardless if they get carried off by the wind.
3) Collect one portion of Dandelion Seeds
You will need to head out to collect some Dandelion Seeds which can be done by exiting through the front gate of Mondstadt City.
If you head to the left after exiting, you will find some plants which can be blown away by an Anemo character.
Once you have blown the plant with an Anemo attack or ability, you will be able to collect the Dandelion Seeds to bring back to Flora.
If you already have the Dandelion Seeds, you will be able to talk to Flora again instead of having to go out to get some.
4) Report to Flora
After obtaining the Dandelion Seeds, head back to Flora and talk to her, which will make her happy, rewarding you in the process.
After speaking to Flora, the appearance of her shop will change, and will now have flowers coming out of the pots.
If you interact with the pots, she will tell you not to touch them as they are for display only and you should instead buy some.
Flighty Flora and Flora Rewards
After you have completed the Flighty Flora… And Flora quest, you will receive Adventure EXP and Mondstadt Reputation EXP as well as additional rewards.
The rewards come in the following amounts:
- 100 Adventure EXP
- 20 Mondstadt Reputation EXP
Additionally, you will receive:
- 5 Hero’s Wit
- 5 Cecilia
- 5 Small Lamp Grass
- 5 Windwheel Aster
Summary
Flora is capable of running her shop but eventually needed your help in obtaining flowers which will most likely attract more customers.
After helping her out, her shop will now have flowers on display, making it more appealing thanks to your help.
Although she has displayed the flowers, she does not want them to be tampered with as she needs them to remain displayed.
