With the Nighthowler’s Aspect, your Blood Howl ability increases your Critical Strike Chance by a certain percentage.

How To Get Nighthowler’s Aspect? (Forbidden City Walkthrough)
1) Slay the Enraged Spirits
Upon entering the Forbidden City, you will be starting in the Path of Blood, where 3 Enraged Spirits need to be slain.
The first Enraged Spirit will be encountered near the start while the other 2 will spawn later on as you continue making your way along the path.
2) Travel to the Ghastly Depths
Once the Enraged Spirits have been taken care of, continue making your way until you reach the Ghastly Depths, where several enemies will be roaming.
3) Slay all enemies in the Ghastly Depths
The Ghastly Depths will be full of enemies and all of them need to be cleared out before you can proceed to fight the boss. (Enemies are marked on your map when you are close)
4) Travel to the Tomb of Thazbach
After clearing out the Ghastly Depths, you will need to proceed to the Tomb of Thazbach where you will encounter the dungeon’s boss.
5) Defeat the Resurrected Malice
The Tomb of Thazbach will not be far and once you reach it, you will need to slay the Resurrected Malice to claim your rewards.
