Exalted weapons have been a big part of Warframe, which are also moddable and sometimes overpowered depending on your builds.
With the Techrot Encore Update introduced, an update has been made to Exalted Weapons, improving the balance of the game and its features.
Aside from the balances, Pseudo-Exalted Weapons (Ability Summoned Weapons) are now treated as Exalted Weapons, allowing you to customize them just like the rest.

The Ability Combo Counter cap has now been increased from 4x to 12x, allowing your Exalted Weapons to deal increased damage based on the multiplier.
Ability Damage will now scale with the Ability Combo Counter at a ratio of 1:1 instead of the previous, which was 0.25x of the Melee Combo Multiplier.
Blood Rush, Weeping Wounds, Body Count, and Naramon’s Power Spike will not work with this new system.
Verdict
The changes in the Exalted Weapons provide you with better ways to utilize the Warframes that they belong to, especially when it comes to endgame builds.
Since there are new Exalted Weapons that are not toggled by abilities but rather used with them, being able to modify them allows you to improve the abilities in several ways.
Just like with the other Exalted Weapons, the new ones may be leveled up and upgraded and may utilize certain builds.
