It appears its arm day, referring to the fact that you will need to get busy with picking out Super Abalone for The Meowscular Chef.
Your task for this quest is to head to the Coral Highlands and pick Super Abalone from the Conch Shells around the area.

Walkthrough
Start out in whichever camp you have closest to Sector 5 as this is the sector that has most of the Conch Shells in the Coral Highlands.
Along the way or if you have picked up all the Super Abalone from Sector 5, you can go to the other sectors to collect from Conch Shells.
The following are sectors that have Conch Shell:
- Sector 3 (1x)
- Sector 5 (3x)
- Sector 8 (1x)
- Sector 9 (2x)
Quest Rewards
After collecting 10 Super Abalone, the What A Bunch Of Abalone quest will be finished and you will then be rewarded with 3,600 Zenny.
Once the quest is completed, Soulful Caviar will be added to the canteen menu.
Tips
- You will need to collect 10 Super Abalone but this will require you to go back and forth or to wait for the nodes to respawn, giving you time to do other things such as collect resources or slay other monsters.
- Try to follow a sequence when collecting from the Conch Shells so that you can repeat the cycle and collect in an orderly manner.
- To kill time, you can always explore the map or go hunting for other monsters and searching for materials.
