Reclaiming Europa is a quest that becomes available after you have completed the Beyond Light quest in Destiny 2.
As you have previously defeated Eramis and ended her reign, there are still members of the House Salvation who wish to continue in her steps.
Your task will be to sabotage a factory that the Fallen use to produce weapons to cut off the supplies they need.
This quest mainly involves infiltrating Riis-Reborn Approach and completing a mission that only becomes available after the Beyond Light quest, activated during Reclaiming Europa.
Speak With Varik’s At Charon’s Crossing (Step 1)
The first step of this quest involves heading to Variks to discuss what is going on, which ends with him explaining the remaining members and their plans.
You will need to fast travel to Charon’s Crossing and head over to Variks location to speak with him to progress with the quest.
After speaking with Variks, you will need to make your way to Riis-Reborn Approach where the next quest step will be.
Complete Reclaiming Europa Mission (Step 2)
After reaching Riis-Reborn Approach, head towards the Sabotaging Salvation mission and complete it to move to the next step.
You can easily track the mission’s location by marking it on your map and following it after fast-traveling to the Eventide Ruins.
You may have to fight your way through several Fallen enemies as you make your way towards the mission starting point.

Complete the Rising Resistance Mission (Step 3)
After completing the Sabotaging Salvation mission, head back to Variks and the quest will be complete, unlocking Herealways Pieces collecting in the process.
Quest Unlocks
After completing this quest, you will be able to complete Herealways Pieces when you complete patrols, lost sectors, and public events on Europa.
You will be able to use Herealways Pieces to purchase quests from Variks.
