The Scaldra is a faction that was added with the release of Warframe 1999, which features soldiers who make use of a highly corrosive resource called Efervon.
These soldiers are at war with the Techrot, who appears to be a type of infested variant that subsumes technology and transforms them into creatures.
Serving as the military in Hollvania, the Scaldra have taken over and continued their fight with the Techrot without concern for the safety of the civilians in the city.

Scaldra Weaknesses
Scaldra units have armor that is weak against Corrosive and Impact damage while they are resistant to Gas Damage.
Their weak points are often their heads or the Efervon canisters that can be seen on their backs as Efervon is a dangerous chemical.
Verdict
Scaldra enemies are often considered to be tough due to their armor but with the right builds and focusing on dealing Corrosive Damage, you can cut through them like butter.
These enemies are often deadly when they gang up on you and will often shoot at you from a distance, making it good to close the gap between them or to use weapons with good range.
The majority of the Scaldra enemies can be found above ground, unlike the Techrot who often lurk below Hollvania.
