Ember is a fiery Warframe who harnesses the power of heat to incinerate her enemies, dealing massive damage across wide areas with her blazing abilities.
Her skills make her extremely effective against large groups, burning enemies over time and creating destructive bursts of flame that clear out entire zones.
When used strategically, Ember can control the battlefield with continuous fire damage, combining offense and crowd control to dominate missions with ease.
How To Get Ember?
You can purchase Ember for 225 Platinum to get her fully built, or you may purchase her blueprint and farm her components to craft the Warframe.
Ember Blueprint
The Ember Blueprint can be purchased from the in-game shop for 25,000 Credits, leaving you to find her components needed to craft her.
Ember Components
Ember’s components can be obtained by defeating General Sargas Ruk in the Tethys mission on Saturn, making this an essential step for crafting her.
In this mission, you must locate General Sargas Ruk and defeat him before proceeding to the extraction point to complete the mission.
Once you reach the extraction point, you will be rewarded with one of the components from their drop table needed to craft Ember.

Ember Abilities
Passive Ability
Ember’s passive abilities cause her to gain 5% Ability Strength for every enemy within Affinity Range that is affected by the Heat Status Effect.
1) Fireball
Casting Fireball releases a fiery projectile that explodes when it hits a target, as well as causes damage in a radius around the point of impact.
This can be used to deal damage to both a single target and multiple targets near them, which also causes them to burn and take damage over time.
Fireball (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Drain | 25 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Damage | 400 – 800 Heat | Ability Strength |
Area Damage | 150 – 300 Heat | Ability Strength |
| Radius | 3 Meters | Ability Range |
Combo Window | 1.5 Seconds | Ability Duration |
| Immolation Meter | 1% Per Second | N/A |
Augment Mods:
- Fireball Frenzy allows you to hold the ability to grant all allies within 15 meters additional Heat Damage to their attacks for a certain duration. Obtained from Steel Meridian/Red Veil.
2) Immolation
Ember engulfs herself with flame armor that continuously burns and becomes strong until it begins to consume energy at full strength.
This causes the damage dealt to Ember to become reduced while also increasing her Immolation Meter. (Cast ability again to deactivate)
Immolation (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Drain | 50 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Drain Increase/Second | 0.4 Energy | Ability Efficiency/Duration |
Damage Reduction | 40 – 85% | Ability Strength |
| Immolation Meter | 0.5/s | N/A |
Augment Mods:
- Immolated Radiance provides allies within Affinity Range to share a portion of Immolation’s Damage Reduction. Obtained from Steel Meridian/Red Veil.
3) Fire Blast
Ember slams the ground, creating a wave of incinerating plasma that expands outward from where she cast the ability.
This deals damage, strips enemies of their armor, and knocks them back, making it excellent for dealing damage and weakening her targets.
Fire Blast (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Drain | 75 – 25 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Damage | 200 Heat | Ability Strength |
Radius | 25 Meters | Ability Range |
| Immolation Meter on Cast | -50% | N/A |
Immolation Meter | -2%/s | N/A |
| Armor Reduction | 50 – 100% | N/A |
Augment Mods:
- Healing Flame causes enemies hit by Fire Blast to heal Ember, which can overheal her to grant Overguard. Obtained from Steel Meridian/Red Veil.
- Purifying Flames causes allies that are hit by the expanding ring of fire to become cured of all Status Effects and gain Status Immunity for a short period. Obtained from Steel Meridian/Red Veil.
4) Inferno
Calls down comets to target and crash down onto enemies, consuming energy for each target near Ember when she casts the ability.
These comets will deal impact damage, damage per second, as well as apply the Heat Status effect to enemies hit.
Inferno (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Energy/Target | 10 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Explosion Radius | 25 Meters | Ability Range |
Initial Damage | 2,500 Heat/Impact | Ability Strength |
| Damage/Second | 350-700 Heat | Ability Strength |
Duration | 15 Seconds | Ability Duration |
| Immolation Meter | 3%/Second | N/A |
Angle | 67.5° | N/A |
Augment Mods:
- Exothermic provides a chance for enemies that are killed under the effects of Inferno to drop Energy Orbs. Obtained from Steel Meridian/Red Veil.
Verdict
Ember stands out as a destructive Warframe capable of unleashing waves of fire that engulf enemies in both direct and lingering heat damage.
Her Fireball and Inferno abilities provide incredible range and power, making her deadly whether targeting single foes or entire enemy groups.
While she may be fragile compared to tankier Warframes, her overwhelming damage output and ability to control large areas make her a top-tier nuker when used skillfully.
