Warframe Ember Build 2024 Guide

Warframe Ember Build

Ember is a Warframe that focuses on the usage of fire abilities and can deal a significant amount of heat damage to enemies in a large area.

Her abilities are good for dealing large amounts of damage and she does well when facing a large group of enemies, nuking them and dealing damage over time.

Using her abilities together can easily take out large groups of enemies as well as keep her protected from damage with the addition of being able to provide crowd control.

Abilities

EWB-4

Ember has the ability to send out balls of fire to burn her enemies, cause enemies in a large area to take extra damage from heat damage, create a ring of fire that expands and burns enemies inside it and set all her enemies on fire by simply running near them.

Her passive ability gives her 5% additional ability strength for each enemy within a 50-meter radius that is engulfed in flames.

Fireball

EWB-5

Sends forward a ball of fire to damage enemies in an are where the projectile impacts along with the chance of setting enemies on fire as well.

The ability can be charged up to deal even more damage and there is a combo window which will make successive fireballs deal even more damage.

Charge speed and damage increase as the Ember’s Immolation level increases.

This ability is great for dealing damage to enemies that are either near or far and inflicting them with the heat status effect to deal damage over time.

EWB-6

(Ember casting Fireball and burning enemies)

EWB-7

Augment Mod: Fireball Frenzy causes the ability to grant allies with 100% additional heat damage for 40 seconds when being held to cast.

Immolation

EWB-8

Activating this ability shields Ember with fire which slowly becomes to grow over time which is shown by a bar on the screen.

The higher the level of heat she has will affect the damage reduction she gets against enemy attacks and other damage sources.

Heat will slowly increase over time but casting Fireball or Inferno will cause the shield to burn up faster while using Fire Blast will reduce the heat.

If the heat bar becomes full, Ember will begin to lose energy but the ability can always be controlled using her other abilities to keep it at a level preferred.

The ability can be deactivated when pressed again to either turn it off or reset the heat level.

This ability is great for giving Ember more survivability and can help her survive grave encounters either against heaps of enemies or in the midst of powerful bosses.

EWB-9

(Ember with Immolation active)

EWB-10

Augment Mod: Immolated Radiance grants nearby allies 50% of the damage reduction that the ability gives.

Fire Blast

EWB-11

Ember slams the ground, sending out a wave of fire going outwards that knocks back enemies and sets them on fire.

Enemy armor is also stripped which is affected by Immolation, resulting in more armor being stripped depending on how high the Immolation level is.

This is a great crowd control ability as it sends enemies back when things get too rough and the touch of inflicting them with heat status helps with her passive.

Using Fire Blast can be used to control the Immolations heat level as it reduces the Immolation level when it is cast.

EWB-12

(Ember casting Fire Blast)

EWB-13

Augment Mod: Healing Flame causes Fire Blast to heal Ember by around 25 to 50 health for each enemy that is hit.

Inferno

EWB-14

Ember calls down comets from above that hit every enemy in a radius around her, dealing damage upon impact and causing them to have a ring of fire around them.

The ring of fire will cause damage over time and expand to nearby enemies, causing them to also take damage.

Damage from the ring of fire will increase based on Immolation, making it deal more damage based on how high the Immolation level is.

This ability is great for nuking groups of enemies and can easily contribute to Ember’s passive.

EWB-15

(Ember casting Inferno)

EWB-16

Augment Mod: Exothermic gives a 15% chance for energy orbs to drop when an enemy is killed by Inferno.

Suggested Builds

Balanced Build

EWB-17

Our Balanced Build for ember allows her to use all of her abilities sparingly with a good increase in ability strength, range and efficiency.

There may be a slight reduction to the ability duration but this does not seriously impact her abilities and you wont even notice the reduction.

Being able to cast all of her abilities whenever she wants will allow her to fight enemies and assist allies with crowd control.

This is a good build for those who are trying out Ember or for those who need a standard build to start off with and later on change as they please.

EWB-18

(Ember using several of her abilities)

Nuker Build (Efficiency and Range Build)

EWB-19

The Nuker build is basically meant to cast Ember’s abilities repeatedly along with a good supply of energy to support the casting costs.

This build will allow you to repeatedly cast your abilities to deal damage in a large area as well as inflict enemies with status chances or knock them down for crowd control.

Fire Ball can repeatedly be cast to damage enemies and Inferno can be cast to deal damage to all enemies within range as well as apply status effects and the ring of fire that expands.

Using this build allows you to deal sustained damage over time to enemies as well as have a way to knock several enemies in an area back.

EWB-20

(Ember casting Inferno on several enemies in a large area)

Damage Over Time Build (Duration Build)

EWB-21

The Damage Over Time build focuses on having a good amount of duration for the build along with an increase with Ember’s other stats.

This mainly focuses on using Inferno to inflict enemies with its effects in an attempt to make them take damage over time for a prolonged period.

Using this build works well with different playstyles and can be used to deal damage to enemies while running around or when facing them directly.

EWB-22

(Ember moving around enemies that are affected by Inferno)

Survivability Build (Balanced Build With Health And Quick Thinking)

EWB-23

Using a lesser but more balanced build, we give Ember more survivability with the addition of Vitality for more health and Quick Thinking for a chance to escape death.

This allows Ember to be more aggressive during missions and leap into battle more along with the use of her skills.

In the event of taking fatal damage, Quick Thinking will give Ember a chance to escape by either using her abilities to knock enemies away and make a run for it or to use her abilities and fight back within the limited time where she defies death.

This is a good build for those who like to use her abilities and engage in combat, especially those who want to get close up and personal and dish out a lot of melee hits.

With a good amount of skill, this can be one of the strongest hybrid builds for players to use as an all-around build.

Overview

EWB-25

Ember is a very powerful Warframe and known to deal a large amount of heat damage, burning enemies all around her.

Her Fire Ball ability gives her the opportunity of taking out enemies from any distance while her Inferno ability makes her very deadly, causing damage to a large area around her.

Aside from her initial damage from her abilities, she also inflicts a lot of heat status effects, making enemies take damage over time and eventually die.

Not only can she deal a lot of damage but she can also provide crowd control to knock enemies down, giving her and her allies an edge in missions.

Although she is a bit fragile due to her low health and standard armor, she can dish out a lot of damage and even survive some of the fiercest fights when used skillfully.

Hitting enemies with explosive projectiles and setting all of her foes on fire, Ember remains one of the most favorite and popular among area of effect damage dealers.
