Deepmines Bounties are a new activity introduced in The Vallis Undermind update, offering players fresh challenges and unique rewards tied to Fortuna’s underground world.
These bounties serve as one of the main methods for obtaining Fergolyte, Mushroom Samples, and other valuable resources through repeated runs and efficient grinding.
Both Nightcap and The Prince are closely connected to these missions, as progressing with them requires delving into the Deepmines to earn and use the rewards found within.
Deepmines Bounties Mechanics
Deepmines Bounties function much like other bounty missions in Warframe, requiring players to enter the mission area, complete multiple objectives, and extract once finished.
Players can choose between three standard Bounties or a Steel Path Bounty, each consisting of five distinct objectives that test combat, exploration, and efficiency.
Throughout these missions, players can discover Mushroom Specimens scattered across the area and earn bonus specimens by completing optional objectives within each stage.
Upon completing a Deepmines Bounty, players are rewarded with Fergolyte along with various additional items from the bounty’s dedicated drop tables.
How To Start Deepmines Bounties?
To start a Deepmines Bounty, you will need to make your way to Fortuna and go to Nightcap, who can be found in The Airlock.
You can reach The Airlock by heading to the end of Fortuna (Opposite the gate) or may fast travel to him to get there faster.
Speak with Nightcap and select the Deepmines Bounties to open a menu that allows you to choose the one that you want to run.
After selecting a Deepmines Bounty, a portal will appear nearby, and you can enter it to begin the bounty, complete its quests, and gain rewards.

A forward base in the area is home to a Corporate Manager who is causing all sorts of trouble, and it’s up to you to take them down.

Merk-merks are stirring up chaos in their Nutrient Processing center, and you will need to put a stop to whatever it is they have planned.

Steel Path Bounties
Steel Path Bounties are more difficult variants of the original bounties, providing you with a larger number of Credit Caches or Endo as rewards when they are obtained as loot.
These can also result in you obtaining more Fergolyte, which will often come in batches of 15 up to 19 with each run.
Additionally, the other Uncommon and Rare Rewards from each drop table are slightly mixed up, allowing you to get different drops.
