Rogues have several ways to inflict enemies with the Dazed ailment status, which prevents them from attacking for a while.
They can take advantage of whenever this happens if they have the Aspect of Uncanny Treachery, by using an Agility Skill.
The effects of Aspect of Uncanny Treachery allow the Rogue to enter stealth and later break it to deal additional damage to Control Impaired enemies.

With the Aspect of Uncanny Treachery imprinted on one of your items, you gain the ability to enter Stealth whenever you deal direct damage to a Dazed enemy.
This allows you to stalk enemies undetected and once you break the Stealth with an attack, you gain increased damage against Controlled Impaired enemies for a short duration.
Using this is a great way to deal increased damage to enemies as this goes well with any other passives you have that deal extra damage against affected enemies.

How To Get Aspect of Uncanny Treachery? (Demon’s Wake Walkthrough)
1) Destroy the Idol of the Shaman
Entering the Demon’s Wake will lead you into the Burning Keep, which will have you searching for 2 Idol of the Shaman structures.
These will be located around the area and you will need to search for each of them to destroy them so that you can proceed to the next area.
2) Travel to the Ravaged Barracks
After destroying the 2 idols, you will need to proceed to the next area, which will be the Ravaged Barracks, which is swarming with enemies.
3) Slay all enemies in the Ravaged Barracks
You will need to clear out all of the enemies in the Ravaged Barracks until none are left, which will then cause an enemy called The Beast to appear.
There may be a case where you interact with a Shrine or similar object, which will start an event and this will increase the amount of enemies.
4) Slay the Beast
You will need to slay The Beast (Elite Enemy) and once it has been taken care of, the dungeon will be complete and you will get your rewards.
