Being able to deal more damage is vital as you reach higher levels as the enemies you face become tougher and more dangerous.
One of the Aspects that can easily increase your damage is the Aspect of Inner Calm, which simply requires that you stand still.
This doesn’t mean you can’t attack or use your skills, it simply requires you don’t move from your spot to get bonus damage.
Aspect of Inner Calm Effects (Damage Aspect)
The Aspect of Inner Calm provides you with increased damage that stacks while you are standing still and wears off once you move.
This is suitable for both melee and ranged attacks but is more in favor of classes that don’t have to chase after enemies.
The stacks for Aspect of Inner Calm increase quickly and stack well with other damage-increasing passives and Aspects.

How To Get Aspect of Inner Calm? (Raethwind Wilds Walkthrough)
1) Slay all enemies in the Encroaching Thickets
Upon entering Raethwind Wilds, you will find yourself in the Encroaching Thicket where several enemies will be present in the area.
You will need to search for all of the enemies and kill them, which later is tracked when only a few more are left. (Their areas are shown on the map when you are nearby)
2) Travel to the Stonefolk Grove
Once you have cleared out the enemies in the Encroaching Thickets, you will need to continue through the map until you reach Stonefolk Grove.
3) Slay the Gorgonic Wildlife
There will be 3 Gorgonic Wildlife, which are overgrown wild beasts roaming the Stonefolk Grove, which you need to hunt down.
4) Travel to the Petrified Clearing
After the giant beasts have been slain, you will need to continue making your way to the Petrified Clearing, which is where the boss fight will take place.
5) Defeat Bramble
Once you have reached the Petrified Clearing, a boss called Bramble will attack you and you will need to defeat it to get the rewards, which includes an Aspect.
Verdict
When engaging enemies with melee attacks, it is best to get as close as possible to enemies, mainly using a movement skill to get within the best range.
This will allow you to continuously attack even if the target moves a bit but when it comes to ranged attacks, you simply need to be at a decent range.
Even if your target moves, you can always reposition yourself near them and the stacks will continue to increase once you stand still again.
