With each season in Diablo 4, you need to do some grinding one way or another to obtain reputation for the current seasonal vendor.
In Season 9: Sins of the Horadrim, you will be focusing on farming Horadric Knowledge to obtain rewards from the Horadric Focus.
This will allow you to gain rewards as you progress through the season and is important for unlocking the Catalysts, Infusions, and Arcanas for Horadric Spellcraft.
Horadric Focus Location
The Horadric Focus is the seasonal vendor that you will need to interact with to obtain the rewards for progressing with your Horadric Knowledge.
Interacting with this object will allow you to check the amount of reputation you have with your Horadric Knowledge and claim rewards for each tier that you have reached.
You may find the Horadric Focus in Cerrigar, located within the building behind the Artificer’s Obelisk.
How To Get Horadric Knowledge Reputation?
You will need to obtain reputation with your Horadric Knowledge to obtain rewards, and to do this, Nightmare Dungeons need to be completed.
This does not just count for Nightmare Dungeons, though, as you also earn reputation for completing the Strongrooms found within them.
The best way for you to farm Horadric Knowledge Reputation would be to complete Nightmare Dungeons and the Horadric Strongrooms you find. (Escalating Nightmares too)
Horadric Knowledge Rewards
As your reputation with the Unveiler’s Oath increases, you will reach higher ranks, and each one of them provides you with rewards.

Verdict
Focusing on progressing to the last tier for your Horadric Knowledge is a great way to progress towards the endgame and quickly upgrade your character.
It is a good idea to focus on completing the Seasonal Quests early so that you may utilize all the Catalysts and Infusions to grind Nightmare Dungeons and Strongrooms.
The more Nightmare Dungeons you complete, the faster your Horadric Knowledge Reputation grows, allowing you to obtain all the rewards as soon as possible.
