The Techrot Encore update has introduced a lot of new features to Warframe 1999 and this also includes new vendors in the Hollvania Central Mall.
Once they are unlocked, you will have access to new shops to purchase blueprints and decorations from as well as the Temporal Archimedea activity.
The update has added 4 new Protoframes and they can all be found and interacted with at The Round Table pub after you have ranked up with The Hex syndicate.
The Round Table Pub Location
The Round Table Pub is located to the right of the stage in the Hollvania Central Mall (if you are facing it) and can easily be found as it is the only bar within the mall.
Another way for you to get to The Round Table would be to fast travel to any of the vendors that you may find there.
How To Unlock The Round Table Vendors?
To unlock The Round Table Vendors, you will need to reach Rank 5 (Pizza Part) with The Hex syndicate. (Kaya Velasco, Minerva and Velimir)
The only other Protoframe that is accessible earlier would be Flare Varleon, who becomes available at Rank 4 (Hot & Fresh) and he can be found at the stage in the pub.
Vendor Features
1) Kaya Velasco (Temporal Archimedea)
Kaya Velasco is found outside of the pub and she oversees the Temporal Archimedea missions that are like the Deep Archimedea activity.
Speaking to her will allow you to participate in the activity that has a set of 3 missions where you will receive rewards based on the modifiers that you select.
2) Minerva & Velimir (Weapon Parts & Decorations)
Minerva & Velimir can both be found at the counter within the pub and when speaking to them, you may choose which vendor you want to buy from.
Minerva sells blueprints and their component blueprints while Velimir sells various furnishings.
3) Flare Varleon (Memorabilia)
Flare Varleon is found near the stage and once spoken to, you may browse his wares to see if anything suits your fancy.
He sells the Temple Warframe blueprint and its components along with Temple’s Signature weapon at the cost of Beating Heartstrings.
Additionally, Flare Varleon also sells furnishings as well and these are mainly related to musical instruments.
Verdict
The new Protoframes are a great feature of the game and with Temple added as a new Warframe, players may unleash even more chaos upon their enemies.
Several new weapons have been added with the Techrot Update and most of them are easy to get once you have ranked up with The Hex.
While Hex Standing is required to make purchases from Minerva & Velimir, purchases from Flare Varleon require Beating Heartstrings.
