Warframe: Wrath (How To Get & Builds)

Wrath is Orion’s signature scythe, created as the counterpart to Sirius’ Pride and embodying the destructive force behind the celestial brothers’ endless conflict.

Built around powerful strikes and Critical Hits, it rewards aggressive melee combat while offering strong damage potential against tougher enemies.

Whether you focus on pure critical builds or combine them with other damage bonuses, Wrath provides a deadly option for players who prefer cutting through enemies at close range.

How To Get Wrath?

Wrath Main Blueprints and component blueprints can be obtained from The Kuva Wytch and Scoria’s Angel Railjack missions, letting you earn the weapon’s parts while farming the new content.

Hunhow also offers the blueprints in exchange for Crimson Talents, with the Main Blueprint costing 90 Crimson Talents and each component blueprint costing 45 Crimson Talents.

It is often worth running the Railjack missions first, as you may obtain some of the blueprints as drops while building up enough Crimson Talents to purchase any remaining parts later on.

Wrath Unique Trait

Each enemy struck by Wrath’s Slam Attacks grants a 15% Critical Chance bonus for 10 seconds, encouraging you to dive into groups and build momentum as you fight.

The effect stacks up to 10 times for a maximum of 150% increased Critical Chance, allowing Wrath to reach much higher crit potential once the bonus is fully built up.

Wrath Builds

1) Condition Overload Primed Build

Probably one of the best builds we have for Wrath is this one, which mainly utilizes Critical Mods to deal tons of damage to enemies.

What makes this build even deadlier is that it has Condition Overload, which causes your attacks to deal more damage based on how many Status Effects an enemy suffers from.

Combined with the Critical Hits, the Condition Overload damage can help scale the outcome of your attacks to deal insane amounts of damage to enemies, especially when you have a primer.

2) Standard Critical Build

This is a Critical Build for those who don’t want to make use of Condition Overload, which mainly utilizes Blood Rush and high attack speed to quickly build up your Combo Multiplier.

Once your Combo Multiplier has been built up, your Critical Chance increases, and Gladiator Rush helps you keep this going on longer, which will also go well if you are using the Naramon Focus School.

Warframes that can add to their damage or attack speed will benefit greatly from this build, unleashing an insane amount of hits while dishing out tons of damage.

3) Standard Status Build

While this weapon does not have the highest Status Chance, it is impossible for you not to inflict them upon your enemies, and with these mods, it is guaranteed that this will happen often.

Now that you can inflict Status Effects more, the high Critical Chance of this weapon will help you unleash powerful blows from time to time.

This build is great for almost any Warframe to use, and with the high base damage, status effects, and the weapon’s innate Critical Chance, you can expect to slice up your enemies pretty fast.

4) Hybrid Build

Considered as a perfect combination, this build utilizes mods from the Critical Build and Status Build, which includes the use of Condition Overload.

Whether you use a Primary or Secondary to prime enemies with Status Effects, this build already guarantees you get some in, making Condition Overload always effective.

By inflicting status effects and unleashing critical hits, this build serves as a great way to see to it that your enemies are destroyed in no time.

Verdict

Wrath stands out as a high-impact scythe that shines brightest when you play aggressively and consistently engage groups of enemies up close.

Its Slam-focused unique trait lets you rapidly build Critical Chance, turning extended fights into moments where its damage output spikes significantly.

As Orion’s signature weapon, Wrath delivers a strong blend of raw melee power and scaling crit potential that makes it a reliable choice for both general use and tougher challenges.
