How To Get Garuda?
Garuda’s main blueprint is obtained as a reward for completing the Vox Solaris quest, with additional copies available from Cephalon Simaris for 50,000 Standing.
Her component blueprints can be farmed from specific Orb Vallis Bounties, with each part tied to different bounties you can select before starting.
Players can also unlock Garuda through The Circuit by selecting her path and earning each of her blueprints as rewards while progressing through the tiers.
Alternatively, Garuda can be purchased fully built from the in-game Market for 325 Platinum, providing immediate access without needing to farm or craft any components.

How To Get Garuda Prime?
Garuda Prime was released on March 28, 2022, featuring increased energy and armor compared to Garuda, and debuted alongside Nagantaka Prime and Corvas Prime.

Passive Ability
Garuda temporarily gains increased damage as she continues to kill more enemies, which reaches a maximum of 100%
Additionally, Garuda will resort to using her Talons when she has no melee weapon equipped, and this can be modded like other melee weapons.
As Garuda ranks up, she will receive rank bonuses that add to her Energy Capacity, providing her with a 125% increase at Rank 30.
1) Dread Mirror
Gara rips the life force out of an enemy and uses it as a shield that captures damage, which severely weakens enemies in the process.
Charging the ability allows you to channel the captured damage to release an explosive projectile to damage multiple enemies.
