The Centrifuse is an Exotic Auto Rifle that deals Arc damage, which also has a shocking twist to it to make fights more explosive.
This Exotic Auto Rifle was introduced with the release of Season of the Deep along with its catalyst, which can later be obtained to upgrade it.
It can build electrostatic discharges to improve its efficiency and even cause explosions that can blind combatants.
How To Get Centrifuse?
The Centrifuse is available to those who have a Seasonal Pass during the Season of the Deep and this weapon may be claimed at Seasonal Rank 1.
For those who do not have the Seasonal Pass, the weapon can still be obtained at Rank 35 during the Season of the Deep.

The Centrifuse has a balanced barrel.

Sprinting gradually reloads the Centrifuse.

The Centrifuse has been optimized for recoil control

Overcharge Capacitor
An electrostatic charge is built while you are sprinting, sliding, or firing the Centrifuse, which provides it with increased range and reload speed.
Dealing final blows with a high charge will cause explosions and when the maximum charge has been reached, these explosions can blind targets.
This makes it easy to run and gun enemies while destroying groups easily thanks to the explosions and the ability to do crowd control by blinding enemies.
Static Buildup
Once you have obtained the Static Buildup perk after completing the Centrifuse Catalyst requirements, it will be able to build Overcharge.
This happens when you are amplified as the Status Buildup perk will cause the Centrifuse to gradually gain Overcharge when you are buffed.
How To Get Centrifuse Catalyst?
The Centrifuse Catalyst may be obtained by completing the Higher Voltage Exotic Quest, which can be obtained from Banshee-44 once you have the Centrifuse.
Verdict
The Centrifuse does decent damage and while some may feel that its rate of fire is a bit slower than other Auto Rifles, it makes up for it with its explosions.
The key to effectively using the Centrifuse is to stay in motion, continuously building up its electrostatic charge to maintain the explosions that it causes.
This weapon is great for taking on groups of enemies and can deal a considerable amount of damage to bosses when you use it well.
