The Infernal Hordes are in Sanctuary and it looks like you are believed to be humanity’s lost hope but there is a hidden power that will soon be discovered.
Starting the Seasonal Questline will bring you to Zarbinzet, where you will encounter a man being scolded for praying.
It looks like you will need to check out what is going on and find out what is behind this incident to see what you can do about it.
Of Lambs and Wolves Objectives:
- Speak to Captain Cireska
- Question Locran
- Visit Locran’s family at their house
- Approach the reinforced door
- Respond to the voice through the door
- Enter the house of the family
- Enter the house
- Confront Locran
- Gather Fetid Khazra Liver from the Crate of Khazra Organs

Of Lambs and Wolves Quest Walkthrough
After hearing the conversation with Captain Cireska and Lancran, you may speak to the captain to hear what she has to say and this reveals something about the Triune.
Captain Cireska mentions that the Triune are the ones who bring the Tides of Hell and that she has spotted some lurking around who are plotting to do evil deeds.
Once Captain Cireska leaves, you will need to speak with Locran and question him about this, especially after you hear him recite Rathma’s Prophecy.
Locran defends himself telling you that it was a saying he got from his mother and later invites you to visit his house, which he mentions is southwest of the town.
You will need to make your way to the southwest of Zarbinzet and may follow the waypoint until you reach the door of their home.
Once you arrive, you may interact with the door and after they speak, interacting with the door again will allow you to enter the home.
Upon entering the house, a woman named Itsel will see this as a threat but Locran quickly arrives and explains what is going on.
You will be told about a new power that can be obtained by demons, which they offer to you to give you a taste of the power.
Itsel instructs you to grab one of the Fetid Khazra Livers from a nearby Crate of Khazra Organs, which will be used as a sacrifice.
Take one of the livers and interact with the Ritual Brazier, which will begin the sacrifice but Itsel skips ahead and summons a Crusher that you must kill.
After noticing that this creature is not enough, she summons a Nightmare Oppressor and this must also be slain, which causes The Mother’s Gift to be dropped.
Speaking with Istel and Locran will begin your journey to put a stop to the real heretics as you have now joined Istel and Locran, which ends the quest.
House of the Family Location
The House of the Family can be found to the southwest of Zarbinzet and you can follow the waypoint from the quest to locate its entrance.
There will be enemies along the way but they won’t pose much of a threat as you make your way to the House of the Family.
Of Lambs and Wolves Quest Rewards
After speaking to Istel and Locran, you will now be on their side against a common enemy and the quest will end with you receiving the following:
- XP
- Gold
Verdict
It looks like not all of the Triune may be bad since Istel and Locran aim to put an end to their plans with your help along the way.
Istel has revealed the many rewards that you may get for collecting Mother’s Gifts, which you can later check in Zarbinzet.
Now that you have had a taste of this new power, you will need to continue to grow stronger by obtaining more Mother’s Gifts.
