Warframe 1999 has certain missions where you may find a Techrot Safe and these can only be opened if you find their key, which is called a Safe Biocode.
Safe Biocodes won’t have special markings on the map or any waypoints that lead you to them, which makes it necessary to search for them on your own.

Where To Find A Safe Biocode?
Locating a Safe Biocode requires you to search around the area where the Techrot Safe is located as it will be nearby but slightly hard to find.

Similar to other loot containers and drops, the Safe Biocode will have the same icon as them on the map and this is what makes it tricky to find.

To find the Safe Biocode in a mission, you will want to have at least one mod that helps you spot loot containers on the map.
This makes it easy for you to look around since you will be destroying loot containers until nothing is around and eventually the Safe Biocode will be left.
Having a Warframe or weapon that can destroy loot containers in a wider radius can be a big help and once nothing is left, the Safe Biocode will surely be the last item in the area.
You will want to roam around destroying containers near the Techrot Safe as this is where the Safe Biocode will be found.
What To Do With Safe Biocode?
Once you have found a Safe Biocode, head back to the Techrot Safe if you previously located it or search for it. (The safe Biocode is often near the Techrot Safe)
You will often find the Techrot Safe first but sometimes you may be lucky enough to stumble upon the Safe Biocode along the way.
Interact with the Techrot Safe while holding on to the Safe Biocode and this will allow you to open it to obtain a Hex Treasure as well as a random Arcane that is revealed upon quest completion.
Be careful not to drop the Safe Biocode as this may happen if you switch weapons, which makes it necessary to use your melee or secondary until you have opened the Techrot Safe.
