Trinity is a powerful support Warframe focused on healing, energy management, and shielding allies, making her invaluable in both high-level missions and prolonged engagements.
Her abilities allow her to restore health and shields, provide energy to the team, and mitigate incoming damage, making her one of the most versatile Warframes in squad play.
Trinity’s combination of healing, crowd control, and energy support ensures she can adapt to nearly any mission, providing stability and survivability for herself and her allies.
How To Get Trinity?
Trinity’s main blueprint is purchased directly from the in-game Market for 25,000 Credits, making her one of the easier Warframes to begin crafting early in a player’s progression.
Her component blueprints are obtained by defeating Ambulas on Pluto’s Hades node, with the Neuroptics, Chassis, and Systems each having a chance to drop after the boss is defeated.
Players can also acquire a full set of Trinity’s blueprints through The Circuit in The Duviri Paradox, progressing through the appropriate reward tiers to unlock every part needed for crafting her.
For those who want to bypass blueprint farming entirely, Trinity can be purchased fully built in the Market for 225 Platinum.

Trinity Abilities
Passive Ability
Trinity grants herself and nearby allies the Lifegiver bonus, increasing their maximum Health by an amount equal to 50% of her total Energy pool.
In Conclave, Lifegiver provides a reduced bonus of 25% of Trinity’s total Energy pool, offering a smaller but still meaningful increase to Health.
1) Well of Life
Trinity targets an enemy and creates a well of life in them, causing the enemy to absorb Status Effect damage that enemies would have taken.
In addition to this, allies who attack the target will gain health, and if an ally dies, the enemy affected by Well of Life will die in their place.
Well of Life (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Drain | 25 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Range | 100 Meters | Ability Range |
Duration | 20 Seconds | Ability Duration |
| Radius | 20 Meters | Ability Range |
Health/Second | 100 | Ability Strength |
| Life Steel | 1% | Ability Strength |
Immortality Cooldown | 60 Seconds | N/A |

Augment Mods:
- Pool of Life causes enemies affected by Well of Life to drop Health Orbs as well as an Energy Orb when they are killed. Obtained from The Perrin Sequence/New Loka.
2) Energy Vampire
Trinity marks a target, causing them to become blinded while they provide energy to allies within an area around them with pulses.
If the enemy marked by Energy Vampire is killed, all remaining energy pulses are released, giving the total amount of energy in an instant to nearby allies.
Energy Vampire (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
| Drain | 50 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Energy/Pulse | 25 Energy | Ability Strength |
| Pulse Interval | 2.25 Seconds | N/A |

Augment Mods:
- Vampire Leech causes excess energy from Energy Vampire to be converted into Shields. Obtained from The Perrin Sequence/New Loka.
3) Link
Trinity links herself to nearby enemies, causing them to receive a portion of the damage that she would originally have taken.
This reduces the damage from all sources that Trinity would receive and distributes the damage to the enemies that she is linked to.
Link (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Drain | 75 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Enemies Affected | 3 | N/A |
Damage Redirection | 75% | N/A |

4) Blessing
Trinity blesses allies around her, restoring their health and shields of those within Affinity Range by a certain percentage.
Along with the health and shields of allies being restored, Blessing also provides those affected with Damage Reduction for a period of time.
Blessing (Max Rank)
Stat | Value | Affected By |
Drain | 100 Energy | Ability Efficiency |
| Duration | 15 Seconds | Ability Duration |
Restoration | 80% | Ability Strength |
| Damage Reduction | 50% | Ability Strength |
Verdict
Trinity excels at sustaining her team through tough encounters, offering consistent healing, shields, and energy regeneration that can significantly alter mission outcomes in favor of her squad.
Her Blessing and Lifegiver abilities make her exceptionally durable and capable of keeping teammates alive under heavy fire, while her Energy Vampire and Well of Life enhance resource management.
With the right build and mod setup, Trinity remains one of the most reliable support Warframes, ideal for both solo play and high-level team missions where survival is critical.
