Choose the Antivirus Mods that you want to test out as this will be needed to figure out which one is effective against your Technocyte Coda.
Once you are on a mission where you will encounter a Duet (This can happen once you have a Technocyte Coda) and you will need to defeat them before injecting them.
Successfully injecting the members of the Duet will progress your Malware Disinfection, which needs to reach 100% before you can face fighting your Technocyte Coda.
