The Ambassador is a Corpus rifle in Warframe that allows you to switch between automatic fire and a charged explosive shot depending on how you plan to eliminate your enemies.
It deals pure Electricity damage and leans heavily into Status Chance, making it strong for elemental builds instead of raw critical damage.
While it takes time to farm, the Ambassador gives you two firing styles in one weapon, letting you deal with groups or single targets depending on the situation.
How To Get Ambassador?
The Ambassador blueprint drops from Rotation C rewards in Corpus Railjack Survival missions across Proxima regions.
You can farm this in Venus Proxima, Neptune Proxima, Pluto Proxima, and Veil Proxima, with Veil Proxima having the highest drop chance.
Its parts, including the Barrel, Receiver, and Stock, are dropped by Aurax Atloc Raknoids and Narmer Raknoids at a low drop rate.
In addition to this, all parts and blueprints can be traded with other players, which is often the faster option if you don’t want to deal with the RNG.

Ambassador Tips
Switch between firing modes depending on what you are fighting, since automatic fire handles consistent pressure while the charged shot is better used for groups or tougher targets.
Build for Status Chance and elemental mods, as added elements not only combine with the weapon’s base Electricity damage but also apply to the radial explosion from the charged shot.
This means combinations like Corrosive or Viral will affect both the direct hit and the AoE, letting you spread status effects across multiple enemies at once.
Avoid using the charged shot too close to enemies since it causes self-stagger, which can interrupt you and leave you open during fights.
Verdict
The Ambassador offers solid accuracy, making it easy to land consistent hits in automatic mode while swapping to charged shots when you need burst damage.
It performs best when built for Status Chance and elemental damage, since both the direct hit and radial explosion apply combined elements for more serious overall damage.
While it is not considered a top-tier weapon, it holds up well in regular content if you use both firing modes properly and build around its strengths.
