Legacyte Harvest is a mission type that was added with the Warframe 1999 update, which acts as an endless capture mission that takes place in Hollvania.
Accompanied by Kalymos, you will need to search for Legacytes that are lurking beneath Hollvania to harvest them before they manage to escape.
Every Legacyte that you successfully harvest will provide you with rewards based on which rotation you have completed and each harvest will count as a rotation.
Hollvania Legacyte Harvest Mechanics
Find and Follow Kalymos
Once the mission starts, you will need to head to Kalymos, who will have her very own icon showing her location nearby.
Interact with Kalymos and she will lead you deeper underground where the search for the Legacyte will begin. (She travels as a beam of light until she reaches her destination)
Protect Kalymos
Kalymos will begin tracking the Legacyte and Techrot enemies will begin closing in on your location in an attempt to kill you.
While tracking the Legacyte down, a counter will show how much progress has been made and this needs to reach 100/100 for you to proceed to the next step.
Kalymos will be invulnerable throughout the mission but the progress with tracking the Legacyte may be halted if she is attacked.
Additionally, tracking progress can also be boosted if you pick up a Pherogland and bring it back to Kalymos, which increases progress by 15 for each one you bring.
Defeat and Harvest Legacyte
Once the tracking is complete, the location of the Legacyte will be revealed and you will need to find it and attack it until it is weakened.
Legacytes will attempt to run away once their health has been reduced to half and this causes them to run towards a nearby Techrot Umbilix, which should be destroyed before they get away.
A weakened Legacyte may be approached and interacted with to start the harvest process, which is similar to the capturing. (This provides you with rewards as it completes a rotation)
After the harvest is complete, you will repeat the steps that include going to Kalymos, following and protecting her as well and hunting the next Legacyte. (Each harvest completes a rotation)

Verdict
Legacyte Harvest is great for obtaining rewards quickly from a set of rewards in its drop table as you can easily complete harvests in a short amount of time.
Each rotation will become a bit harder than the last but this is bearable up to a certain amount of rotations as long as you can handle the initial level of the enemies.
This mission is considered an endless capture mission with a twist and serves as an easy way to farm relics and other rewards.
