When it comes to dealing intense ranged damage to your targets, Cyte-09 is known to be quite the covert assassin that can clear out groups of enemies.
With his powerful Neutralizer (Exalted Sniper Rifle), he can kill almost any enemy with a single shot and thanks to his advantage over enemy weak points, nothing stands in his way.
What makes this Warframe even deadlier is when his abilities have been improved with the right builds, making him capable of surviving dangerous encounters and picking off even the toughest foes.
Cyte-09 Builds
1) Balanced Build (Basic Build)
This is a basic build for Cyte-09 that allows you to make use of all of his abilities and provide him with a bit of survivability.
The damage provided by the 224% Ability Strength is a good boost to the extra damage enemies take when affected by Seek as well as the overall damage of Neutralizer.
Other abilities will have their durations lengthened, making them more effective and useful in whichever mission you decide to run.
Archon Intensify has been added to the build since Evade provides healing when you kill enemies, which will result in you gaining more Ability Strength for a short duration.
2) High Ability Strength Build (Ability Strength Build)
Utilizing the different Ability Strength Mods, this build focuses on providing Cyte-09 with the ability to do insane amounts of damage, especially when you use resupply to add elemental damage.
Neutralizer will be able to provide you with tons of Critical Damage when you land headshots and you can reach up to millions of damage with the Exalted Sniper Rifle modded.
Seek will be able to provide you with an additional 242% increased Weak Point damage and this makes Neutralizer even deadlier.
We continue to use Archon Intensify to ensure Cyte-09 gains more Ability Strength when he heals by killing enemies while Evade is active.
3) Boosted Duration Build (Ability Duration Build)
Cyte-09’s abilities can be extremely useful but sometimes more time is needed and if the duration of his abilities lasts longer, you get a bigger advantage.
This makes the Seek and Evade abilities more useful as enemies will be marked for a longer duration and you will be able to stay invisible long enough to eliminate several enemies.
With 200% Ability Strength, this also increases the amount of extra damage your other abilities do, making it easy to stay hidden and kill off enemies in groups without taking too much damage.
Since Archon Intensify triggers during Evade, you will have a lot more time to heal yourself and even stay alive when AOE damage affects you while you are invisible.
Verdict
Cyte-09 can be considered one of the best stealth Warframes that packs a punch as all he needs to do is stay hidden and shoot through walls.
This is all possible thanks to Seek being able to highlight enemies and Neutralizer being an extremely useful way to pick off more than just one target.
Survivability with Cyte-09 is sometimes seen as an issue since it is not as durable as most Warframes but with the use of Evade, you can remain hidden and recover over a certain amount of time.
