How To Get Warframe 1999 Arcanes?
Warframe 1999 Arcanes can be obtained in several ways and one of these ways to easily get them is to purchase them from Eleanor Nightingale for The Hex Standing.
Another way would be to complete bonus objectives in missions such as opening a Techrot Safe or opening a Scaldra Supply Cache.
Defeating the H-09 Efervon Tank or the H-09 Apex will allow you to loot it for random Warframe 1999 Arcane that is revealed upon completing the Victory Plaza mission.

1) Arcane Bellicose
Arcane Bellicose provides you with an increase in Ability Strength based on how much Max Health you have up to a certain percentage.
- Unranked: 1% Ability Strength per 250 Max Health (Capped at 12%)
- Rank 5: 6% Ability Strength per 250 Max Health (Capped at 72%)
2) Arcane Camisado
Arcane Camisado causes the attacks from your summoned minions to increase your Ability Strength up to a certain percentage.
- Unranked: Ability Strength increases by 1% per summoned minion attack (10% max)
- Rank 5: Ability Strength increases by 6% per summoned minion attack (60% max)
3) Arcane Crepuscular
Arcane Crepuscular Provides an increase in Ability Strength and Final Critical Multiplier while you are invisible.
- Unranked: Gain 5% Ability Strength and +1x Final Critical Multiplier
- Rank 5: Gain 30% Ability Strength and +3x Final Critical Multiplier
4) Arcane Impetus
Arcane Impetus causes unique status effects from abilities to grant bonus Ability Strength and Ability Efficiency for 20 seconds.
- Unranked: Increases Ability Strength by 1% and Ability Efficiency by 0.5%
- Rank 5: Increases Ability Strength by 6% and Ability Efficiency by 3%
5) Arcane Truculence
Arcane Truculence Causes a Radial Attack to be released that applies max Viral Stacks when Overguard threshold reaches 3,000 or more.
- Unranked: Radial Attack has a range of 5 meters
- Rank 5: Radial Attack has a range of 30 meters
6) Melee Doughty
Melee Doughty Gain Critical Multiplier for every 10% Puncture Status Chance on your Melee Weapon.
- Unranked: Gain 0.5X Critical Multiplier
- Rank 5: Gain 1.0x Multiplier
7) Primary Crux
Primary Crux causes your Weak Point Hits to grant increases Status Chance and Ammo Efficiency for 10 Seconds, which stacks up to 10 times.
- Unranked: Gain 5% Status Chance and 1% Ammo Efficiency
- Rank 5: Gain 30% Status Chance and 6% Ammo Efficiency
8) Secondary Enervate
Secondary Enervate causes hits to increase the Critical Chance of your secondary weapon by a certain percentage. (Resets after a certain number of Big Critical Hits)

- Rank 5: Resets after 6 Big Critical Hits
